调查发现，存在问题主要表现在学生的.独立学习和学习习惯的养成两个方面，产生问题的主要原因，与下列因素相关：
（一）学习习惯的养成与家庭教育相关
1.调查中发现课前自学阶段和课中互学阶段的调查从中我们认为造成这种结果，一方面由于校所收学生大多数为农村孩子，由于农村经济发展的影响，家长普遍存大对教育不重视，对孩子学习不关心的倾向，致使不少学生的学习全凭自觉，而这点对于初中学生来讲，自律能力的发展仍处于波动时期，仍具有不稳定性，所有不少同学未能形成在课外自学的习惯。
2.通过学生的个别谈话，我们也发现造成上述现象的另一个原因就是大多数同学的家长对于学生现在所学的知识可以说是知之不多，甚至知之绝少。所以不少同学在学习过程中遇到难点因得不到家长的及时帮助，反而受到家长的严格督促和监督，致使不少同学的知识难点因不能及时得到解决致使难点累加，学习兴趣衰落，信心大失，以致形成成“破罐子破摔”的心理。同时仍因家长的家庭教育不能根据学生的性格施以正确的引导，致使不少性格内向的同学因成绩的下滑而渐次变得沉默少语，所以在课堂活动中仍有少半数的同学不能积极参与合作与交流之中。
所以，为了使学生能形成独立思考的学习习惯，我们必须建立起家庭、学校与学生的互助网络，正确引导学生的心理发展，正确指导学生的学习方法。
（二）学生习惯养成与教师教育观念相关
通过调查，我们仍发现学生独立思考学习习惯的养成与教师的教学观念有着密切的联系，主要有以下几个作用：
1、课学教学中，教师的主导课堂的倾向太过严重。通过与学生的个别谈话，不少教师在政史类课堂教学中讲授新知的时间占到整个课堂时间的百分之九十，真正让学生独立思考的时间可以说是太少的。所以学生并不是不想独立思考，而是没有充足的时间和空间来进行。
2、课堂教学中，教师的教学难以做到以学生的全面发展和所有学生的发展。这一点教师的课堂行为主要表现为两个倾向：一是教师的教学过分的突出知识点的教学，而忽略了知识点之外的学习方法、学习能力和过程体验的软性知识与能力的强化。二是教师的课堂教学过分关注学优生，而忽视了集体中的合格生与奋进生的发展。
3、课堂教学，教师对于学生进行独立思考与合作学习的指导不得力。这一点我想是学生未能形成独立思考学习习惯的主要原因。因为教师的正确引导与正确的方法指导是学生形成正确习惯的主要保障。
（三）学生习惯养成与学校常规教育相关。
通过调查，我们仍发现学生无论在课前自学，还是在课中互学，或者是课后帮学，除了上述的两方面原因之外，还有一点就是学校的管理。我们不要说学生的自觉性不强，甚至可以说我们教师的自学性也是值得我们思考的。所以要想形成正确的习惯，是离不开行之有效地常规纪律约束的。也就是说我们的学生和教师都必须在严格而明确的管理体制下方能形成正确的教与学的习惯。
