：我想所有的创业者都跟稻盛和夫起初的出发点一样，努力为了实现自我价值，而选择创业这条道路。其实仔细思考，这是一种利己，小我的思想，这在创业之初，也是人之本性，是很正常的。但是由于这种思想的局限性，也阻碍了事业的进一步发展。由于人类所有的大事业，都需要集合一群人的能力和智慧才能成功，这就需要树立共同的目标，而不能仅仅局限于自我、小我的目标实现。
所以我认为任何一位能称得上是“成功者”的，都有大我的境界，在满足物质上的需求以后，会追求更高精神层面上的满足！
如果骨子里，连这样一点善根都没有，估计连完成最基本的物质满足都很困难！

曾经读过季羡林教授的一本《我的人生感悟》，让我对生活有了深刻的感触。生活在这个缤纷的世界里，我就是一个追梦人。梦与生活并存于我的人生当中。
生活永远是美好的，青春犹如绽放的花朵般美丽，忧愁算得了什么。在遇到生活的烦恼时，往往是理想战胜现实，微笑是最终的胜利。生活之余，喜欢幻想，幻想人生的美好未来和打算。更喜欢做梦，做梦也让生活有几分的向往和追求。
喜欢读散文。读那些名家写的人生感悟，读作者的'思想和生平。读过余秋雨的《霜冷长河》后，再读《文化苦旅》。要感受这位天才作家的生平，就再去读《借我一生》。用他那触及到哪里哪里就会发出光芒的神笔写下的作品，让人真的感触深刻，也略懂了生活会造就一个人。
喜欢养花。记得老舍先生很爱养花，写过一篇养花的文章，乐在其中。的确，养花的乐趣远远胜过欣赏花。虽然年轻，但很耐得住烦恼，这是养花教给我的。经过自己的艰辛努力，原本毫无生气的小院全被我绿化了。夏天的静夜，坐在小院欣赏我的杰作，真有种收获的喜悦。
喜欢追梦。读过郭敬明的《梦里花落知多少》后，也有增有减。我的人生有梦让我生活得快乐和自在，我就像大海中的鲤鱼一样时时想越过龙门。但是，回到现实，却又觉距离太远，因为我的梦有点长久，要花费我更多的努力去实现。不喜欢半途而废，因为我不想成为生活的弱者。
冰心说：爱在左，情趣在右，一路走来一路阳光相伴。这就是生活，阳光下的微笑永远是灿烂和美丽的，对待生活，我有足够的勇气和把握。读散文培养了我的生活情趣，养花磨练了我的耐心和意志，追梦让我对生活有了更贴近的感悟。还有什么不满呢？唯有的就是再去感悟生活。

今年的寒假是个不平凡的寒假。由于新型冠状病毒，开学时间延迟。为了保证教学工作的正常进行，学校开展了网络课程。今天是网上教学的第四天，同学们都慢慢适应了这种新颖的教学方法，也没有因为老师的监督而松懈了自己的学习，在课上积极回答老师的问题，认真听讲，课后也按时完成自己的作业。而成为“主播”的老师们轮流完成各门学科的'授课，上课很积极，课件准备的很用心，知识点也总结的很到位。我感觉这次网上教学的方法，即能保护同学和老师的安全，又能进一步激发同学们学习的兴趣，从而提高学习的效率。
