这时，你依然要变成两个角色，一个是欢呼雀跃的成功的人，一个是老人。告诉成功之人：“谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人落后。”让他在虚荣心面前果断的转身，选择继续踏踏实实地向更高的一层而奋发努力，让他知道，必须拥有十年磨一剑的毅力，才可再创奇迹。接着，给予他一个饱经风霜的眼神，让他看到光辉岁月背后失落的迷惘，还有每一滴辛酸的泪，用这来浇灭他心中傲然的盛火，回首凝望自己的风雨，在岁月的.长河中镌刻下一道痕。最后，老者将注视着这个一时成功之人一生的成功。这一秒，你有了更稳的人生铺路石。而假使，下一秒你虚度了，并没有去扮演应该扮演的角色，那么，下一秒的下一秒，你是否依旧沉浸在呆滞的目光，空洞的眼神，麻木的神情里？没有各种角色的人生，将黯淡，甚至浑浊。所以，请在每一秒扮演好自己的角色。即使没有去扮演，那也必将微笑着，而不是愁眉苦脸，微笑，让你成为了一个乐观的角色，不是吗？

老师与我们交代了一下我们今天的任务，我们在这个早上将会体验交通协管员他们平时的工作，并且感受这份工作。
没过多久，交通协管员阿姨便骑着一辆电瓶车风尘仆仆地赶来了。随后，大家采访了协管员阿姨，并问了几个问题。其中让我印象比较深刻的问题是：对自己的工作有什么看法。
协管员阿姨回答道：“我十分热爱自己的工作，虽然这份工作很辛苦。我们每天都在维持着交通秩序。不让交通事故发生是我们最大的希望。我们希望市民们能做到这一点。”
随后，我们也小小的体验了一下协管员的工作。我们分成几组站在不同的地方站岗，时间不到两个小时。
刚开始，我们还能笔直地站立。后来腿就变得很酸痛了。我们站的时间与协管员阿姨的时间相比就是小如牛毛。因此可以想象他们的`工作有多么辛苦。
我们大家可以在日常生活中注意交通安全，便是分担了他们的工作。城市的安全也就可以在我们每一个人的共同努力下铸成。我们可以从小事做起，点点滴滴的小事。不闯红灯，不酒后驾车，不影响这些城市交通工作者的工作。我相信只要我们做到了这些，美好的生活，安全的出行离我们并不遥远！

The popularity of smartphones has exerted great influence on the way people communicate, so much so that an increasing number of individuals contend that face-to-face communication is being replaced by texts and images on the mobile phone.
There are more than one angle to consider this phenomenon. On one hand, it is pleasantly acknowledged that smartphones shorten the distance between families and friends. Even people from different sides of the globe can share pictures, feelings and thoughts through various types of apps on the phone, thus building a long-distance connection. On the other hand, as the picture warns us, too much smartphone addiction interferes with people's real-life communication.
