今天，我翻开日历一看，马上就要开学了，记得放假前老师还布置了一项特殊的.作业，让我们为自己的父母做一件事。还没完成呢！做什么事呢？我不禁沉思起来。忽然一个念头在我的脑子里一闪而过，对了，就帮父母洗脚吧！
我盼啊盼，终于盼到了晚上，快到妈妈下班的时间了，赶紧准备一盆热水，这时妈妈推门进来，我赶忙让她坐到沙发上，并端起事先准备好的一盆热水。“干什么？”妈妈疑惑的问道。“给您洗脚啊。”我兴高采烈地回答到。说完，便帮妈妈把鞋袜脱掉，把脚放进水盆里去。谁知，妈妈的脚尖刚一触到水便“嗖”的一下子缩了回去。怎么回事？我满腹疑问。便用手指试了试水。啊，真烫！这水的温度我怎么没想到呢？哎呀，我真糊涂，怎么给妈妈洗脚前不试试水的温度呢？于是，我对妈妈说：“对不起，妈，我再去给您添点儿凉水。”妈妈点了点头。于是我便端起盆子来到水龙头上接了点凉水。这回我可长记性了，用手试了试水。嗯，水温正好。于是我把水给妈妈端去，并把妈妈的脚重新放到水盆里，给妈妈洗起脚来。我的手摸着妈妈的脚，妈妈的脚很粗糙。妈妈背靠在沙发上，眯着眼，享受着。
洗完了，我刚要把水盆端走。妈妈说了句：“儿子长大了。”听了这句话，一种酸涩的感觉涌上我的心头：爸爸妈妈成天外出工作挣钱养家，十分辛苦。还无微不至的关心我们，为我们操劳，我们不但不体谅他们，有时还跟他们闹别扭，耍脾气。还把关爱他们当成了一项负担。回想起来，我真是羞愧万分，脸红红的。正当我想着，妈妈叫我的声音把我从沉思中拉了回来，我为了弥补过去的过失，到厨房用心的泡了一杯热茶递给妈妈。
青少年朋友们，其实父母不需要你用多大的成就来回报他们，只要你平时对他们付出一点一滴的关爱，他们便欣慰、满足、开心了。既然我们小小的关爱就能让父母开心，那么我们何不从现在开始关爱父母呢？让我们一起行动起来吧。
