哎，鄙人不幸。于20xx年6月的期末考试中考到了全班第22名，与爸妈所定的名次相差甚远。爸妈大为不悦。于是――
一个雷电交加的暑假的'夜晚，爸爸满面严肃，并且带着阴森森的目光递给我一张计划表。我心里如老鼠抓着一般，直发毛。我的目光立刻如重机枪一样“疯狂的扫射”着计划表上的每一个字。忽然，目光犹如瞄准镜一般定格在了一行字上：暑假计划表。
啊，计划表？My god！我怀着与窗外天气一样的心情开始看下面的计划，谁料越看越糟糕。读英语，背课文，做习题，如一阵狂风暴雨外加龙卷风向我袭来，而且每天7点钟准时起床。我不由仰天长啸，辛苦了一学期，不料，暑假连懒觉也睡不到。我不禁惊出了一身冷汗。哭丧着脸差点没有跪地求饶。谁知得到了一声声冷笑。惊起了我一身鸡皮疙瘩。看来暑假又要被关在“计划”的牢房里了。啊，问君能有几多愁？恰似一讲春水向东流！
第一天
早上，我在老爸双手猛烈摇晃下终于与周公依依不舍地告别。刚睁开双眼，得到的却是老爸雄师般的怒吼：你看你，计划上写的8点钟准时起床，现在都9点了，还赖在床上，我看你今天晚上想玩电脑，看电视。“啊？”随着我的一声惊呼，周公早已被我抛到九霄云外去了。我赶快起床，穿衣，漱口，洗脸。然后再按暑假计划复习功课。为的只是老爸一时宽大，晚上痛痛快快耍电脑，看电视。哎，看来，我已经被暑假计划束缚了。
第二天
这一天已是老爸立下暑假计划的第三天了，我按照计划复习功课的第二天了。下午，当我背完课文后，我舒舒服服地伸了个懒腰，慢慢的站了起来。正当我准备去看电视时，脑子里忽然浮现了暑假计划的影子。我看电视的心就像弹簧一样飞快地收回来了。真是剪不断，理还乱。

那天晚上他想了很久，他说既然选择了创业这条路，就应该一直走下去。第二天他就又开始振作了。但噩梦并没有止住，真是应了那句老话－－人要是倒起霉来，就连喝水也会噎住。他处处碰壁，而且总是碰得头破流。他始终坚持天将将大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，空拂乱其所为，曾益其所不能。最后他成功了，他又开了一家餐厅。生意蒸蒸日上，他开始微笑了，他想天道还是酬勤，付出必会有回报。电视里还有一些角色也激励了我，例如遭遇感情和事业双重打击的徐凯，最终还是找到了自己的人生目标…总之，这部戏真的教会了我很多东西，使我浮躁的心顿时平静了很多，使我觉得自己非常懦弱，因为忘记了一点所学的知识就开始心烦气躁，就开始贬低自己。就像电视剧说的那样每个人的奋斗路上都充满了艰辛和痛楚，但我们不能因此而停止前进的步伐，要敢于有一种闯劲，越过“雷池”偷吃胜利果。《水手》有一句歌词我非常喜欢－－他说风雨中这点痛算什么，擦干泪，不要怕至少我们还有梦。朋友们，从明天开始奋斗吧！为了明天会更好，赶快忙起来吧，不要再让日子就这这样匆匆逝去。

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.
