原来是一位老阿姨在做一种奇怪的食物呢！我不禁好奇的凑了上去，问道：“阿姨，您这是做什么呀？”老阿姨看了看我，一笑，说：“这东西叫做鸡蛋汉堡！”我听了，将老妈拉到眼前，说：“老妈，这是鸡蛋汉堡，我从没听说过，不如我们一人买一个尝尝吧!”妈妈爽快地答应了。等待的过程中，我悄悄打量起这位老阿姨来，她不过四五十岁，但脸上写满了沧桑，爬满了皱纹，似乎从来不苟言笑，手上布满了青筋，整个人看上去显得苍老而又朴实。身边是她的一个小推车就是她的摊位。其实不过是两个小灶台而已，每个小灶台有7个圆孔，排成梅花状，每个孔里都有着一个金黄色的类似汉堡样的\'厚饼，炸得金黄金黄的，我忍不住咽了口口水。老阿姨左手执铲，右手执刀，前后左右顾及着那14个烧着的鸡蛋汉堡，手法娴熟。做完两个后，老阿姨拿出两个鸡蛋，对着锅一敲，两个手指一掰，两个小孔里就各落下一个金灿灿的蛋黄和透明的蛋清。老阿姨告诉我们，这两个就是我们的，鸡蛋要熟透还得要一会，老阿姨的手脚却从没停息，一会儿将一个快烧好的翻个身，一会儿在这个汉堡上撒点调料，一会儿又在那个汉堡上浇点油……，那一把铲子和一把水果刀就似两只延长的手，“鸡蛋汉堡”在她的“手”里来回翻飞，哪里都是油光灿灿；哪里都是飘香阵阵……惹得一圈围观者纷纷拿出手机拍照。这时鸡蛋的“啪趴”声传入耳朵，老阿姨又熟练地用筷子夹了一筷子肉均匀地抹到了正在嚎叫的两个鸡蛋上，不多不少，无可挑剔。我吃惊地看着这位饱经风霜的老阿姨，心想：阿姨虽然感觉一把岁数了，可手脚灵活自如，比许多年轻人的手还要巧，真的令我敬佩啊！
老阿姨一会儿给“汉堡们”翻个身，一会儿收钱，一会儿给刚做完的“汉堡”穿上面粉外衣，一会儿又在左盼右顾，似乎在担心着什么------忽然老阿姨将我们的两个“汉堡”铲了起来，熟练地在锅底倒上了面粉浆，再用毛刷刷几遍油，鸡蛋汉堡的模样渐渐地显露出来，金黄的身子加上闪闪的油光让人不禁口水直流。五六分钟的炙烤，“鸡蛋汉堡”在阳光的照耀下变得更黄了。这时阿姨用铲子把“鸡蛋汉堡”的边缘划了一道口子，用筷子飞快地夹起一把香菜末，娴熟地塞了进去，然后挑起一点辣子猛往里塞，再经过几个翻身，我们那色香味俱全的“鸡蛋汉堡”终于完成了！
我拿起塑料袋，一边回忆阿姨那巧夺天工的制作技艺，一边慢慢品尝了起来------

“高高烽火墙，玲珑小花园，深巷好似一线天，家枕着……”渊远的歌声传遍了整个湖面，煞是好听。站在石面上，留下了一道道痕迹。路上的行人，既不能算太多又不能算太少。石板的古色，路旁的花草，透着清香。在一个僻静的地方，上有松柏遮挡，下有溪水缠绕。一个不起眼的摊子前吸引着无数游人。
那是个卖糖画的人。他从烧锅里掏出一勺麦芽糖用那勺头紧紧的挨在画板上，让粗厚的线条从勺里慢慢落下，把一个优美的事物给细化出来。远处，一位妇人正训斥着贪嘴的孩子。我强忍着，抬头去观看一幅画的诞生。那画糖画的人可不像我一样分神，眼睛上更多的都是专注。他快速的用手切换着摇动的频率由粗换细，在我眼中手挥之快糖落之细，都使人惊叹。渐渐地，他的手法又变了，由摇变抖,再由抖变掂，再从掂到晃。他手中的勺子挥动的速度终于在那条老虎上慢慢停下。人们完全惊呆了。他乘人出神时，在糖画的尾部点了几下，让这只老虎看上去像刚刚睡醒的老虎，尾部还是翘的，有了一丝神韵。
