“是为何呢?”官员好奇的`问道。
“老板说，我们公司有了新的机器，再也不需要母牛了。呜呜呜——大人，我家还有4个人等着我赚钱呢!大人，你要替我做主啊!”
“你家有什么情况啊?”官员打破砂锅问到的。“我的妈妈得了白病;我的爸爸是个残疾;我的大女儿在读书;我的小儿子好玩，在外面吃喝嫖赌，欠了一大堆债啊。”
“还现在的逻辑还是怎么差啊!好，本官替你做主。”母牛跪了下来，激动地说：“谢谢——谢谢——大人。”“起来吧!”
“你在过几天，那个老板一定会来找你的，现代的机器没用几天就会坏的。你回家等着吧!”官员摆了摆手指。
几天后，老板知道来了说道：“母牛，对不起。你快回来上班吧!”“为什么要回来我不是被你开除了吗?”母牛生气的说。
“对不起，都是我的错。那个机器没有你们好，我再也不开除你们了。回来吧!”老板惭愧的说。
母牛回去了，老板在也没有开除她。

就像你想让世界没有垃圾，你就想去扫世界。那是不可能的，你只是在做表面，你应该去宣传环境清洁，而不是虎头虎脑地去扫世界。还有你想铲去一根野草，如果你只做表面功夫，只是铲去它的上部分，那根野草就会再生。你不能只做表面功夫，要连根铲除，才能真正去解决问题。
想解决问题，不能做表面功夫，要去从问题关键去解决。

我从小就不会跳绳，今年暑假妈妈让我学跳绳。
只见妈妈拿着跳绳向前跳，当跳绳快要打着脚时，妈妈迅速的跳了过去。接着是第二个、第三个、第四个……我不由得惊呆了：一共跳了一百多个啊！经过妈妈的劝导和鼓励，我终于放下不好意思的担子，下决心要学会跳绳。
一天上午八点多钟，我拿着跳绳慢慢的、悄悄的走下了楼，来到楼下的空地上。我学着妈妈的样子向前跳，可脚抬的慢了，没有跳过去。我丝毫不气馁，毕竟这是第一次嘛！这次我总结了一些“经验”，又连续跳了好几次，可还是没成功。我有些着急了，跺起脚来。我东望望，西瞧瞧，生怕被别人看见。我刚想拿着绳走人，一想，如果我这么大了还不会跳绳，同学们一定会看不起我的；妈妈也会对我很失望。
又连续跳了几十次，我终于功夫不负有心人，跳了三个。我当时激动的跳起来，恨不得向全世界人宣布：“我学会跳绳啦！”我信心大增，经过一段时间的练习，我能跳二十多个了。
我喜滋滋的拿着跳绳跑回家，向妈妈报告好消息。妈妈惊讶的问：“你的胳膊上怎么会有这么多痕？”我低头一看，才发现胳膊上有十几道深红色、凸出来的印！
