今年十一月份，我和爸爸妈妈去云南玩了大约十天。虽然云南处处是美景，嘻嘻，不好意思，云南给我留下深刻印象不是它的美景，而是美食。
美食一：来到昆明的第一天，姑姑就带我们吃了具有云南特色的野山菌火锅。我们刚坐下，服务员立刻给我们上了茶，仔细一看，茶壶的茶嘴竟有一米多长，只见服务员叔叔抱着茶壶，微微倾斜，茶嘴对准茶杯，就倒满了一杯茶。啊！
火锅上来了！
一股香气迎面扑来，本来就贪吃的我见了这美食更加垂延欲滴。但是不能着急哦，吃野山菌必须要掌握好火候，要等完全煮熟才能吃，不然会中毒的！
我咽着口水等呀等，最后能够吃了！
服务员阿姨给我盛了一大碗菌子，我夹起一片一尝，哇！
香，辣，鲜味味俱全。好吃！
再看别的，哇塞，一点也不逊色！
香甜的饵块（其实就是粑粑），软软的飞碟饼……各有特色，真是令人百吃不厌！
美食二：菠萝饭。那天我们去民族村，导游推荐我们吃菠萝饭，我想菠萝饭可能就是饭里面有点菠萝罢了。谁知，饭竟是装在菠萝里面的！
一尝，哇，好甜！
我以为吃了这样甜的东西会发恶心，没想到，反而觉得很清凉。看一看，里面有什么？呀！
有黄瓜丁、萝卜丁、土豆丁……看来，菠萝饭不光好吃，营养也很丰富哦！
美食三：云南最著名的小吃就要数过桥米线了。从民族村回来，我们去“吉滇原味城”吃了过桥米线。它的吃法很有讲究，要先放肉，再放菌类，然后放香菜，最后放炸肉，搅一搅，均匀了再放米线。

我的家乡清江坐落于温州乐清，它是一个美丽富饶的沿海小镇，我们家乡的特色小吃像天上的星星，数不胜数。但是，要说最有名的，还是三鲜面。
据说，三鲜面原先只有三种配料：白虾，蛤蜊，牡蛎。之后根据客人对口味的要求，商家又在原先的三鲜面里加上其他一些辅料或一些特色海鲜，但是，三鲜面这个名字还是一向保留了下来。噢，对了，悄悄告诉你，只有我们清江三鲜面才是正宗的！
我记得有一家三鲜面馆坐落在公园对面的小店附近。有些人，本是专程来买东西的，可经过面馆，每每闻到面馆里飘出的三鲜面特有的香气，总忍不住进去大吃一顿。还有些远方的客人，也专门赶过来吃咱们清江三鲜面。去的多了，无论是谁都会发现，面馆不小的店面每次都是“人满为患”，两名店主忙的不亦乐乎，三鲜面不仅仅受人喜爱，做法也比较奇特。
首先准备：姜1小块，鸡蛋1个，小黄鱼1条，蛏子，白虾，鳗干，蛤蜊，牡蛎，葱，小青菜以及其他必要的配料。第一步要做姜蛋。把姜洗净，去皮，切片，一半切末，一半留着备用；鸡蛋搅匀加入姜末，再搅匀，搁在一旁。锅里放少许油，小火，煎姜蛋，煎好了拿出来备用。第二步，在锅里放油，加姜片，烧6成热，放小黄鱼，之后是鳗干，煎的颜色有点黄了就放蛏子，姜蛋，老酒，糖。直接加水，再放入白虾和适量盐，水开了放面食，水再次开时加适量味精，放牡蛎，葱叶，小青菜就能够出锅了。一口下去，第一个感觉是烫，然后就尝到了鲜，一口面进肚，就立刻想再来一口，哪管什么“烫”！

在杭州，有一种叫做“松子桂鱼”的美食，它但是我的最爱啊！
每次到外面的酒店、饭店里去吃饭，这道菜但是必点哦！
没有了这一道菜，好像其他再好吃的菜，都变得没有味道了。
在很久以前，因为被鱼刺刺到了喉咙，所以那时的我但是不吃鱼的，别说一块了，一“滴”都不可能。
可就在那时，桌上出现了一道黄澄澄的菜，在灯光的照耀下，好像还闪闪发光呢！
我一下子就被这道外形靓丽的菜所吸引了。瞧，旁边还有些儿点缀的小星星――松子呢！
这但是让我大开眼界了。我稍微夹了一小块，发此刻那层黄澄澄的皮的里面，竟然是这么洁白，给人感觉又嫩嫩的肉啊！
我毫不犹豫就把它往嘴里送。含在嘴里的时候，有一股浓浓的味道糊上了我的心上。那味道，甜里带了点酸味，酸里又带了点甜味，真是让人回味无穷啊！
我轻轻地咬了一口。嗯，外面酥酥的，味道浓浓的，又好象是脆脆的。总之，就是美味极了。
而里面，我已开始还担心那肉会没有味道，让人难以下咽呢。可吃了下去，才明白原先那肉不仅仅又嫩又滑，该有的味道，一点儿也没有少啊，甜甜的，酸酸的，真是吃了一块还不够，还想要再来一块呢！
那点缀的小星星――松子，不仅仅又脆又小，味道十足，外面，好像也包裹了一层浓浓的松子鲑鱼的味道。
品尝完，我简直不敢相信这是鱼，竟然有这么入味，这么好看，这么美味，这么完美的鱼！
我对这道菜的评价只有一个字，那就是――赞！
这可真不愧是我最喜欢的一道菜啊！
