看到你迟缓的身影，看到你紧锁的愁眉，看到你默默的泪水，我的心绪变得格外沉重，写给昨天的“我”的一封信。我知道，你在为初三酸甜苦辣的生活而惆怅万分，你在为成长中的种种烦恼而再三埋怨；你还在为前进中的点点滴滴的挫折而心灰意冷。
生活不可能一帆风顺，生命不可能只有幸福，这种生活经历谁都会遇到。我在书上看到这样故事，一个年仅19岁的姑娘，因考后感到一点信心也没有，虽考分超过高校录取线7分，却在成绩单发下的前一夜服安药自尽，她是船长的女儿，父母的心肝宝贝，从小泡在蜜罐里长大，可没想到蜜喝多了，意会如此般脆弱。
有句说得好：“痛苦能够孕育灵魂和精神力量，中学生《写给昨天的'“我”的一封信》。”在我看来，灾难也许是傲骨的乳娘，祸患也许是豪杰的乳汁， “痛苦”、“灾难”与“祸患”是需要吃苦才能克服得了的。孟子写下了“生于忧患，于安乐”，《史记》所述“良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行”，还有那“宝剑锋自磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，多少先古哲向我们阐述了这一深遂的道理，只有在风吹雨打中守望自我的理想与信念，我们才会拥有强悍的生存能力。
古往今来，多少人物在逆境中坚守自我，终成大器。“文王拘而演《周易》；仲尼厄而作《春秋》；屈原放逐，乃赋《离》；左丘失明，厥有《国语》；孙子膑脚，兵法修列；不韦迁蜀，世传《吕览》；韩非囚秦，《说难》、《孤愤》、《诗》三百篇，大抵圣贤发愤之所为作也。”如此愁苦而悲愤的遭遇成就的是他们熠熠生辉的选择。
