I hope you're married to the man of your dreams. The man of mine is Gwynn. He is originally from South Africa (another place I wish to visit.
You'll probably have two children of your own – a girl(Michaela Anne and a boy (name yet to be decided.If everything goes according to plan you'll be living in Australia in a big house in a small town outside of a big city with a lot of land, a dog, Gwynn and your two beautiful children. Hopefully you have a career in the medical field, maybe doing research in genetics. Gwynn will be a computer programmer and you will be doing alright for yourselves.
However, if things don't go according to plan for you, I wish you all the love, happiness and joy in the world and don't settle for anything less than the best since that is absolutely what you deserve.

选择了老师职业就选择了艰辛和挑战。有这样一个始料未及的小插曲，让站在三尺讲台上的我一时间哑口无言。在教学《猫》这课时，学生非常喜欢，十分感兴趣，学生学起来愉快，我教起来也很轻松，在教学最后一个自然段时，我也参与到朗读当中，范读课文，正当我读到“枝折花落”这个词语时，一只胖胖的小手高高地举起来，我停下来，问道：“有什么疑问？”那学生马上站起来说：“老师，你刚才的词语读错了，“枝折花落”中的“折”应读“shé”，不是读“zhé”，我一时间哑口无言，停顿了一会后，问那学生：“你有什么根据？查过字典了吗？”那学生点了点头，说道：“我昨晚查过字典的！”我马上请有字典的学生查阅了一下，结果这个“折”字是一个多音字，里面有三个读音，shé的读音是“断了”的意思，与课文中的枝折花落的解释相符，顿时，我脸上红了，对他们说：“同学们，对不起，也许老师的知识还不够全面，你们还可以去查阅其他的字典进一步核实，也可以通过网络查找有关信息。以后，也要象这个同学那样，遇到疑问要多查字典，多查阅资料。”这样，他的脸上才略显满意的神情。
课堂上这个小小的插曲给了我不小的感触。我们的教育对象是活生生的人，他们有自己的主观能动性，因此在教学过程中时常会碰到意想不到的问题，使老师无所适从。这使我想到“老师要给学生一杯水，自己就要有一桶水”的。在如今课改大环境中，要生主体地位的回归，这给我们老师的“一桶水”提出了更高的要求：老师的“一桶水”应该是新鲜的活水源。老师不仅要对教学内容做到“取之左右皆逢源”，而且还要阅读与本学科有关的专业和科普知识，捕捉新的科学教育信息。保持源源不断的长流水，做一位与时俱进的新型老师。
老师还应具备多方面的爱好和才能。因为正在成长中的少年儿童具有强烈的好奇心和求知欲，他们对任何事物都感兴趣，上至宇宙太空，下至海洋生物，从远古时代到未来世界他们什么都知道，并认为老师什么都知道。这种好奇心加求知欲是发展智力的动力，老师应珍惜它，而不能扼。这就要求老师要多才多艺，和学生打成一片，指导学生开展丰富多彩的活动。所以，老师要终身不断学习，不断开拓，更新自己的知识。正如加里宁所概括出的辩证过程：老师一方面要奉献出自己的东西，另一方面又要像海洋一样，从人民中、生活中吸收一切优良的东西，然后把这些优良的东西贡献给学生。

与学生以心换心是作为一位老师能得到学生信任的关键。老师不能把自己凌驾于学生之上，更不能满口教训口吻，而要用朋友的.道义去规劝学生，用亲人的情怀去关爱学生，用老师的严厉去要求学生，这样才能走向学生的心灵世界。这个世界是广阔而迷人的，远离这个心灵世界你会觉得离学生很远，工作茫然；走进这个心灵世界，许多百思不得其解的教育难题都会找到答案。例如，我刚接手一个新班时，班上有个学生从小就有偷偷摸摸的行为，以至班上经常发生失窃事件，经过几次观察后，我确定了是该生所为，此时，我把该学生带到一个无人的角落里，握住他的小手，亲切地说：“我现在是你的朋友，特意来聆听你的心里话，你的内心一定有很多话语想说出来，那就敞开你的心扉，尽情地向我倾诉说吧。”孩子听到这里时，忍不住内心的痛苦，说道：“不要告诉我爸爸，他打我……很痛……”此时，我把孩子搂在怀里，终于明白了一切，孩子想得到的东西，家长不给予，孩子为了满足自己的，把手伸到了同学之中，而家长长期以打骂为教育途径，从来没有去了解孩子的需要，结果造成孩子重蹈覆辙，屡犯不改。经过一番教育后，孩子平静了，也认识到自己的错误。之后，孩子很喜欢找我聊天，把心里的想法告诉我，而我在私下与其家长沟通，为孩子营造一个良好的家庭环境。经过这件事后，我深深地到教育学生必须深入了解学生，走访家庭，从大量的“接触点”了解学生的心灵。如学生生活中有什么困难，有什么要求，有什么愿望，喜欢什么，不喜欢什么，老师的爱接触到这些“点子”上就会产生良好的心理效应，就会产生情感上的共鸣。
一个优秀的老师应该树立“没有教不好的学生，只有不会教的老师”的新的学生观和人才观，让班级工作从过去的约束型向疏导型转变，不再站在学生的对立面进行训教，而是做学生的知心朋友。这样才能使自己的工作不再是生硬的控制，盲目的说教，而是体贴入微的关怀和真诚的教诲。曾有人这样给教育下定义：教育主是给无助的心灵带来希望；给稚嫩的双手带来力量，给迷蒙的双眼带来澄明，给弯曲的脊梁带来挺拔，给卑微的念头带来自信。这不正是师德升华的体现吗？的确，如果老师能够深入学生的内心世界，那么各项工作一定会迎刃而解，水到渠成的。
良好的师德，是一种强有力的教育因素，是教书育人的一种动力。它是老师从事教育劳动时必须遵循的各种道德规范的总和。所以，每个老师都要努力把自己培养成为具有良好师德的人，才能完成“传道授业解惑“这一光荣而伟大的任务，托起明天的太阳！
