英语作文技巧笔记【一】
假期里，我无意中发现一本《教师教出好成绩的十大技巧》这本书，它主要是探讨作为一名教师如何才能更好更快地找到教出好成绩，有何技巧呢？看到这本书，最吸引我的地方是教出好成绩这几个字，对于教师来说，班级考试成绩好，就说明自己教课有方；对于学生来说，考出理想的分数，也就是一名好学生。在这样殊途同归的思维定势下，分数、考试成为各方关注的话题也就不足为怪了。
这本书共分十个章节，每个章节又都有很多个不同的小标题，在第一章节遵循孩子的发展规律中，“没有差生，只有差异这个小标题我很赞同。我们平常所说的差生，只不过是他们没有找到好的学习方法。
在学生的随笔中，有一个孩子这样写道：”我原是一名语文成绩很差的学生。我的最高成绩也只不过在40—50分之间，但上了初中之后，我非常喜欢听您上的课。现在我竟然上课敢举手来回答问题了。在小学里，这简直是太难了。一个学生从被动学习到主动学习，从不爱语文到热爱语文，让我们感受到了学生思想上的飞跃，比看到他得到100分更高兴。在教学中只要能够抓住闪光点来改变学生，后进生的队伍一定会越来越小的。
第十个章节写的是“磨刀不误砍柴工”：在钻研中开发教材；有充分的准备，才会有自如的应对；要精心备课，更要精心设计；他山之石，可以攻玉；只有这样才能不断的提升自己的教学能力。我会不断加强学习，争取更大的进步。
