尊敬的各位评委、专家：
您们好！今天我说课的内容是人教版数学四年级上册第一单元中《把亿以上的数改写成以“亿”作单位的数》。下面，我将从教材分析、学情分析、教学过程等五大方面进行说课。
一、说教材
1、教材分析
这节课的内容是在学生已经掌握了整万数和非整万数的改写的基础上进行教学的。通过这节课的学习，使学生掌握如何把整亿和非整亿的数改写成以亿作单位的数，并能够准确地运用于日常生活中数的描写。
2、说目标
根据教材的知识特点和学生已有的知识基础，结合新课标的理念，我制定了以下的教学目标：
（1）使学生学会把整亿数改写成以“亿”作单位的数的方法，并能正确熟练
改写。
（2）学会把非整亿数用“四舍五入”法改写成以“亿”作单位的数，并能正
确熟练改写。
（3）区分“=”和“≈”的使用
3、教学重难点：
重点：把整亿数和非整亿数改写成以“亿”作单位的数
难点：“四舍五入”的正确使用
4、教学时间：
一课时
二、说学情
本节课的教学对象是四年级的学生，他们有一定的学习理解能力，并且学习掌握了整万数和非整万数的改写作为基础铺垫进一步学习的，因此，本节课的内容比较容易掌握。
三、说教法、学法
教学活动必须建立在学生的认知发展水平和已有的知识基础上，因此我在教学中注重以学生为主体，引导学生进行自主探索、讨论交流和归纳总结，让学生成为学习的主人，让学生在探索和交流中感受数学并能解决实际问题。
四、教学准备
我将采用先进的多媒体，使用ppt直观教学手段,这样更容易吸引学生的眼球和激起学生的学习兴趣，达到较好的教学效果。
五、说教学过程
为了实现教学目标，突破教学重难点完成教学任务，我将教学过程预设为四个环节来进行教学。
（一）复习旧知，激情引入
1.把下面各数改写成以“万”作单位的数：
250000=25万2000000=200万58120000=5812万
2.把下列各数用“四舍五入”法改写成以“万”作单位的数：
138564≈140000=14万1284385≈1280000=128万
这一环节，我先让学生回想整万数和非整万数的改写成以“万”作单位的数的方法，请学生说一说并把方法归纳出来。
（设计意图：这一环节的设计既起到复习旧知识的作用，又为今天的新课作铺垫起导入的作用。）
（二）合作探究，体验新知
1、多媒体展示教材例3中第一个数：300000000=____亿
教师将利用学过的知识引导学生思考，怎么试着把整亿数改写成以“亿”作单位的数，请学生说说各自的方法，教师确认答案后，再一起讨论总结方法。
2、展示教材例3中第二个数：1276270000≈____亿
这个环节我先让学生回想如何把非整万数改写成以“万”数作单位的数的，说说方法，然后让学生按照这个方法，试着把非整亿数改成以“亿”为单位的数。期间，我会提醒大家注意正确使用“四舍五入”法、使用分级线和写上单位“亿”字。
3、小组内合作交流，说说各自的方法，然后尝试把方法总结出来。并指名说一说，我再加以概括总结。
（设计意图：新课体验环节，以学生自主探索为主，合作交流为铺，让学生在自主探索中体验数学，找到改写数的方法，并培养学生进行归纳总结方法的习惯。）
（三）巩固提升，乘胜追击
1、46000000000=____亿30500000000=____亿
20897000000≈____亿987654000≈____亿
2、课件展示书本30页第10题
给予学生充足的时间思考，让学生在练习中加深新知识的记忆，同时考查学生对新知识的掌握、运用情况。教师同时巡逻，及时辅导学生。
（设计意图：练习是学生掌握、熟练运用知识的重要手段，有利于帮助学生记忆知识点。练习分为两层，由浅入深，由易到难，充分考查了学生对知识的掌握情况。）
（三）总结评价，谈谈收获
通过本节课的学习，您收获了哪些知识和方法？您能跟大家一起分享吗？这样能让学生充分成功收获知识的喜悦。最后将使用课件展示本节课的重难点以及改写的方法，让学生读一读更深入脑海。
六、板书设计
本节课的板书设计内容简洁、有条理，让学生一目了然，这样更能突出本节课的知识点。
把亿以上的数改写成以“亿”作单位的数
1、300000000=____亿（去掉亿位后面8个“0”）
2、1276270000≈____亿
20897000000≈_____亿
（“四舍五入”看亿位后面所有数的最高位，若这个数等于或大于5，就向前一位进一，再省去后面8位数；若小于5，就直接舍去后面8位数字，再加上一个“亿”字。）
