反省是水，浇灌成功之树;反省是火，点燃希望之树;反省是灯，照亮人生之路。
夏朝，一个背叛的诸侯有扈氏率兵入侵。君主夏禹派自己的儿子伯启领兵应战，却大败而归。伯启的一个手下将领十分不服气，请求继续攻打。伯启却说：“我的地盘比他大，粮草比他足，兵也比他多，可我却输了。这一定是因为我的用兵方法不对，得改正过来呀。”从此他每天起早贪黑，吃粗茶淡饭，体恤民情，最终唔得了用兵的正确方法。有扈氏听说了，不但没再来攻打，反而自动投降了。
悠悠求学路，携反省一起上路，因为它比荣誉更具时效性。
20xx年“感动中国”十大人物之一的洪战辉，在上中学时，为了凑齐学费，常常在校门口卖一些文具。由于他的东西物美价廉，所以很多人都愿意去他的摊子买东西。附近小店里的\'店主们都十分眼红。一天夜里，他们合起伙来把洪战辉暴打了一顿。挨打后的第二天，洪战辉便开始练双节棍，想要复仇。但他忽然醒悟了，觉得复仇这种方法不可取，会酿成大错。正是因为他反省的及时才成了强人，被评为20xx年“感动中国”的十大人物。
反省要及时，就像贫瘠的土壤需要及时灌溉。错过了那一渠清水，庄稼便会枯萎。
原一本是一名普通售货员，相貌平平，缺乏经验，所以产品总是推销不出去。他总因为这个而苦恼。后来他主动请了几天假，在家中反省自己。他想：为什么顾客不愿意买他的产品?为什么总是不大欢喜的离去?由此想到自己没有微笑服务，顾客怎能开心?于是他面对镜子练习微笑。后来他的销售量大大提高，成了公司模范。几年后，原一平有了自己的公司，而他的微笑也成了公司的标志。
自我反省是人类成长的一个秘诀，一个不会自我反省的人永远也长不大。

One possible version：
The summer holiday is coming. Our class have had a discussion about what to do during the holiday. Some are in favor of staying at home. They think it’s both convenient and comfortable. What’s more, they can save money for other purposes. But they will lose the chance of getting to know the outside world.
However, others prefer to go out for traveling since it can increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons. But they will spend more money and meet some difficulties while traveling.
In my opinion, it would be much better to stay at home, for I can do what I like, such as reading books, watching TV, and helping my parents with the housework.
