during these days in your class, i have learned much from you and it is very helpful to me. firstly, you let me know what is the west thinking pattern—straight thinking pattern. and, i think, it is very important to understand the west’s thoughts. as you know, this can help me with my examination and interaction with foreigners. secondly, i have got enough confidence in speaking in english from your class and it took me a long time to gain this confidence. now, i always express my ideas in english as possible as i can. it’s great to do that. the last not the least, i find that learning english is not an boring thing as before and i’m interested in studying english which was just a necessary task to pass examinations. reading, listening or speaking all become interesting and i really enjoy it.

早上八点准时出发，我心里异常兴奋。我们到了那后，在大厅里胡老师开始分组，首先给每人都发了腕牌，我们几个男生飞奔跑向换衣间，换好泳裤直奔室内温泉池。那里的面积非常大，而且还有游泳馆和我们男孩子最喜欢的“水枪”，有好多有趣刺激的'东西。
我们先去了一个可以玩“冲浪”的池子，我上去的时候非常害怕，因为那个滑梯非常高，还有两股非常有力的水流。当我看到另一个滑梯上一个女生从容地滑下去，我才鼓足勇气滑了下来。太刺激了！我又去了有“机关”的地方玩，比如我游着泳的时候到了岸边，不小心触到了“机关”，就会有一股很有力的水流把我冲进池子中央。
玩了一会儿我们又到了“亲亲鱼疗”馆，听里面的阿姨说这种小鱼叫七星鱼，属于热带鱼。这些小鱼主要是以我们人身上的老皮、细菌和毛孔排泄物当食物的，帮我们把身体上的坏东西去掉，从而达到保护肌肤的目的。这小小的鱼儿真是太了不起了。
室外还有好多好多的温泉池。六仙池、五福池、叠泉池、芦荟池、薄荷池，还有养生的药疗池，比如人参池、灵芝池、当归池等等太多的泉池，有时间你也亲身来体验一下吧。

很多人多是在自责中度过一辈子，埋怨自己，自怨自然艾，叹人生不得志，从而郁郁而终。妄自菲薄，是人类的一个通病。总是觉得自己做香还不够好，觉得自己不如别人，然后情绪低落。我认为，谦虚一些是必要的，然而有的时候，我们也要学会奖励自己。
但是，我们有什么理由奖励自己呢？其实，这也并不需要什么特别的理由。工作效率有了提高，成绩有了进步，朋友关系有了改善，都可以奖励一下自己。我的一个朋友说过：我只和我自己比。我觉香这是一种很好的心态，自己在不断地进步，这就够了，何必苦苦地去和自己永远也赶不上的人比呢？和过去的自己比，只要比过去的自己强，就是我们的成功，就可以问心无愧地奖励自己。
奖励自己，是对自己的一种信任，是对自己的一种认可。曾经有一个人因为失恋而颓败不已，他的朋友是这么安慰的，说：你自己都不爱自己，你凭什么让别人爱你呢？同样的道理，你自己都不信任自己，自己都不认可自己，你凭什么让别人信任你、认可你呢？当你可以保证自己的行为是正确的，做香比以前强，你就应该奖励自己，就应该信任、认可自己，这也是你对自己的尊重。如果一个人总是看轻自己，那么，他必然不会有什么伟大的成就。奖励自己，是自己的表现，也是启发动力的手段。
奖励自己并不难，也不需要太多的金钱和奢华，一束鲜花，一包零食，一首好听的歌曲，一次短暂的旅行或休整……这些微不足道的“奖励”，久而久之，却可以培养出一颗自信的心灵，让你活得比以前更美好，更快乐。你会感受到自己的优秀，从而不会忧郁地走完你的人生。
