寒假的一天，妈妈要包饺子吃，我说：“妈妈，我和你一块包铰子吗？”妈妈点了点头。

我看见妈妈揉着雪白的面团，我觉得好玩，就让妈妈给我一点，我接过面，一点都不用心去揉。妈妈看见了说：“你还是别揉面了，等会擀皮吧。”过了一会儿，妈妈就把小面块切好了，我迫不急待地拿起一块面团，笨手笨脚地擀了起来。不知怎么搞的铰子皮怎么都擀不好，总是粘手，妈妈把它翻过来，背面沾上了面粉再擀，果然不粘手了。

擀完皮，接下来就该包了，我第一个包得像花，第二个就好多了，就这样一个接一个得，终于包出了漂亮的饺子。

这次包饺子，我学会了一些技巧，并懂得了做事要认真、一丝不苟。
