画作中的景物富有动感，正说明画的.创作者技艺精湛。但是，一幅画作中的景物再怎么有动感，也是“定格”了的，不可能变换姿态，不可能做连续动作。那么，我们用文字来描述画作中的富有动感的景物，就要注意：既要表现其十足的动感，又要把握好尺度，不能在本来真实的东西里掺杂进虚假的成分。
比如，在画作中，可以看到浪花拍打在岩石上，但是，不可能看到一个浪花拍打过后，消退了，后面的浪花又拍打到岩石上；可以看到“有鱼儿蹦跳出来”，但是，不可能看到一会儿蹦跳起一条鱼，过一会儿又蹦跳起一条鱼……切记：看画作，看照片，不同于观看视频啊！
在上面的“病文”中，小作者就没把握好表现画作中动感的尺度，以至于让画作中的景物变换了姿态，或者做出了连续动作。尤其让芦苇“又扭脖子又动屁股”，既描写得过火，又显得不够文雅。
一般来说，油画也好，水粉画也好，都是没有声音的，所谓的“啪——啪——”的声音，是我们想象出来的，做文字描述时应该用“似乎”“仿佛”等字眼儿来标示。

这段中，只是要求受到表彰的区县、街道(乡镇"进一步巩固和发展军政军民团结的大好局面，推动上海双拥工作再上新台阶"是不够的，本市各单位和驻沪各部队都要这样做。同时，表彰性的《决定》最后写"希望"时，希望的对象一般包括两个：一个是受到表彰的单位(个人，希望他们再接再厉，另一个是其他单位(个人，希望他们向受到表彰的单位(个人学习。公文中，特别是提出的希望和要求，要全面考虑，兼顾各方，反映出整体思维。
后来，这段修改为：
希望上述被命名的区县和街道(乡镇再接再厉，不断进取，争取双拥工作再上新台阶。
并在其后补充了一段：
希望全市各级党政组织和驻沪各部队向上述被命名的区县和街道(乡镇学习，进一步做好双拥工作，巩固发展军政军民团结的大好局面，推动上海双拥工作再上新台阶。
这样，"希望"的对象比较周全，所提的要求也比较切合实际。
