我是一位宁波市小学二年级学生。前几天，我看了有关台湾的电视风观片。台湾真是太美了，那里有美丽的阿里山，明净的日月潭，神奇的蝴蝶谷，闻名世界的故宫博物院。当时我就对爸爸说：“我要到台湾去旅游!”可爸爸说：“到台湾可不是一件容易的事。”“为什么?台湾不也是中国吗?”我奇怪地问。
爸爸摸摸我的.头说：“是啊，台湾也是中国，但由于种种原因，到现在还没有回到祖国的怀抱。虽然，祖国大陆亲人和台湾亲人在离别了四十年以后能相聚了，但我们要到台湾去必须绕道香港，大陆的飞机是不能直接飞到台湾的。你说，这能方便么?”
听了爸爸的话我很伤心。不知台湾小朋友是不是和我一样伤心?为了更加了解台湾，我特地到新华书店购买有关介绍台湾的书。 原来，1949年中华人民共和国成立时，蒋介石带着国民党到了台湾，从那以后，台湾就离开了妈妈的怀抱，这一别就是四、五十年。我还知道现在台湾有些人想把台湾变成独立的国家。我看了这样的报道很气愤。台湾的小朋友，你们能答应吗?你看中国的版图，就像一只公鸡，台湾就像公鸡的脚。公鸡不能少了脚，祖国妈妈不能少了自己的孩子啊。我们都是炎黄子孙，龙的传人，应该在一起。
听说，现在台湾不停地在向美国购买武器，我真的很害怕。如果真的打起来，这不是自己打自己吗?我们小朋友还能在明亮的教室里学习吗?台湾的小朋友，请拿起你的笔，写封信给我，我们共同向台湾的大人们大声喊：我们不要战争，我们要和平!我们愿台湾早日回到祖国的怀抱。祝你们天天快乐!

Study is our student's personality.But many students will ask, why we must learn knowledge. Is knowledge so important to us?If we don't need to pass the exam, should we still need the knowledge?
As I am concerned, study is not only a personality of students, but also a personality of all people throughout their lives.People need to learn the knowledge whoever they are.If people don't learn knowledge, there will have no way to do things and become ignorant about world.Can you imagine a world that no people have knowledge?Leaving knowledge,the world would no get progress.If people don't learn knowledge, there will be no people to know how to use the computer ,how to write the news, even how to communicate with others.
So learning knowledge is a very important thing, it consists of our world.

尽管人类不断地从山川河流中开发水电资源。例如，三峡水电工程，这不仅仅是为了水利，防止水灾，更重要的是为了开发出更多的电能供人们使用。但是，资源是有限的。虽然人类不断地开发，仍然不能满足人们的需要。
人类肆无忌惮地浪费电源，“电”也不甘示弱，漏电引起的事频频发生；我国的许多大城市经常采取限电的措施。能源已经向人类提出了严重的挑战，各种重要的'能源如石油天然气煤炭等将在一百年至一百五十年后枯竭，到时候用什麽来发电呢？让我们好好反思吧！
节约用电，节约能源，这不仅仅是每一个人的责任和义务，日积月累还能为自己省出一笔不少的费用呢！作为一名普通的公民，更应该从我做起，主动节约用电。
一：家庭应尽量栓用节能灯，虽然价格高一点，但比普通白炽灯省百分之75的电力，而且使用寿命更长久。
二；洗衣机应尽量储满足够衣物后再使用，每次使用后，应及时清理过滤网。
三：在使用微波炉时，应根据烹调食物的类别和数量选择微波炉的火力，冷藏食物宜事先解冻后再进行烹调。
四：减少开冰箱的次数，避蹜短开关的时间，可降低冰箱耗电量；应待食物冷却降温后再放入冰箱，以避免浪费冷能。
五；少用空调，炎热的夏天，许多人都在使用空调，这是造成电力紧张的主要因素。
电与人类息息相关，节约用电，请从我做起！

fee should be charged for parks.
Dear editor,
I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we have had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. 60% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee do not meet people’s expectations, for a park is considered to be a place where the public can have a good time when they are not busy either at home or at work. If an entrance fee must be paid by the visitors for a park, it will be necessary to build a gate and surrounding walls. In the end a city will take on a bad look. 40% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee can be accepted, but it must not be too expensive. The money from ticket selling can be used for paying the gardeners in the park and buying some other kinds of flowers and trees.
With regard to myself, I think an entrance fee is useful, for it can be used to protect a park. Do we share the same opinion, dear editor?
