车厢的明亮整洁离不开车窗窗帘的整齐。窗帘的拉开与否也是有讲究的。白天时，将遮光布收向两边扎好，将白纱展开。这样做既能使阳光照进来，让整个车厢洋溢着温暖，又不至于让阳光直射到窗边旅客的眼睛。到了晚上，将遮光布放下来，把窗外光源遮挡住，保证旅客休息质量。这虽是一个小细节，但师傅要求我们每天按时标准化作业，在无形中给旅客创造一个舒适的乘车环境。
同样注重细节的还有两位列车长，由于我们是第一次上车，各方面都不足，两位车长就来来回回在各车厢巡视，事无巨细地提醒我们各方面事宜。比如常常被忽视的列车车门外扶手。有的行动不便的旅客需要借助扶手才能顺利上下车，而经过一路疾驰，暴露在外面的扶手必然落有灰尘。两位车长就常常提醒我们要擦拭扶手便于旅客使用。再比如盛满开水的水杯要记得提醒乘客盖上盖子以防烫伤。有一次我经过乘务室门口，看到车长在我乘务室中，顺手把我忘记盖盖的杯子盖上了。心里很是感动，想起车长在出乘会上的话:在保证乘客安全的同时，也要保护好自己。
列车一次又一次的安全到站，旅客们满意下车、平安到家的背后，正是这无数个小细节的积累。列车长和师傅们这种对工作全心全意、对乘客无微不至的精神将鼓舞我们完成接下来一次又一次的任务。点滴的细节，才能铸就温馨的春运！

作为一名刚入职的列车员，年28那一天是我上班以来第二趟出勤，也是我23岁来第一次没跟家人一起过年。走的那天妈妈把我送到了车站，牵着我的手对我说：“今年春节你就要在车上和同事、旅客们一起过年了，不要想家，一定要好好工作，等你回家那天爸爸妈妈再给你补一桌丰盛的年夜饭。”听到妈妈的这番话心里很不是滋味，上班后的第一个春节就不能培父母一起过，觉得很是愧对父母。

上车的第一天，真的像电视里面看到的一样，人流量很大，他们都有着一颗迫切回家的心，每个人都迈着快速的步伐寻找着车厢，有的因为找不到而着急，这时候我就耐心礼貌的给他们指路，这是我们的职责之一。火车开了以后，因为我值乘的是卧铺，要开始换票啦！车长告诉我这是一个细心并且认真的环节，千万不能发错卧铺牌，所以换票的时候我都会再三的检查并巡视几遍，如果因为没搞清楚旅客的床铺位置，导致旅客下错站，那就麻烦了。因为人流量大，人很多，车厢里的垃圾也容易堆满，这时候一定要及时清理，以前在家时，我是爸爸妈妈的掌上明珠，从没打扫过卫生，刚来的时候不知道该从何下手，做事效率太慢，感觉不适应，在车长的耐心指导下，跟着跑了五天车以后，我慢慢的调整了自己的状态。原来啊，打扫卫生是要注意技巧的呢，吃饭高峰期的时候垃圾会很多，一定要养成随脏随扫的习惯。
