我听了韩学荣教授的心理健康讲座感觉受益匪浅收获很多。
韩老师从健康的定义、健康的标准、健康与不健康的问题等几个方面展开了讲述，感觉老师讲的这些都很贴切实际，很实用，尤其对于我们老师工作压力大，听完讲座心里感觉轻松了很多，感觉比以前更了解自己了。并且在课上听的很轻松没有感觉累，一天时间觉着过得很快。并且在以后教育学生上和自己自我调节上受到很大启示，具体体现在以下方面
一、在教育学生过程中，不会有万能的、普遍解决问题的办法，教师怎么教要掌握技能和技巧，不要只知道批评，要学会站在学生的角度考虑问题，尊重学生让孩子们喜欢你。学生在喜欢你的基础上，就会对你所教的学科产生兴趣，并且愿意学习，因为兴趣是孩子们最好的老师。
二、在我的心里上，老师的讲座让我释放了很多压力。首先让我知道生活是五颜六色的，当我们工作和生活上有压力时，我们要学会把心思放下来把担子放下来，学会自我调节。另外还要正确认识自己，必须要学会独立生活，在生活中要有最起码的独立性。当我们不能改变环境时，我们要试着适应环境。
总之，人无完人，金无足金，我们在生活工作中该怎么过怎么过，高兴也是一天，不高兴也是一天，为什么不高高兴兴过好每一天呢？

有幸聆听了来自市里的三位专家的讲座，仿佛经历了一场心灵的洗礼，很多知识是我未曾接触过的。专家告诉我们，心理健康教育是现代教育的一项重要组成部分，而作为教师的我们更应了解学生的心理状况。只有在心理健康的情况下才能提高教育教学的实效性。日常工作中，了解学生的心理状况，发现问题及时解决，对学生的发展有很大的好处。要使学生心理健康，教师心理首先要健康。在教育学生的同时，教师必须调节好自己的心理状况。
在讲座中，几位心理学老师给我们做了几个游戏，让我们感受很深，并且从这些小游戏中我也获得了一些启示。印象最深的游戏就是红黑游戏。它的规则是这样的：将培训的老师分成a、b两组，分别到不同的教室去，再由一个心理学专家作为通讯员。有红黑两种颜色供大家选择，每轮每个小组选其中一种颜色，由通讯员公布出来。若双方均选黑色，则双方都为3分；若均选红色，则双方都为—3分；若一方选红色，另一方选黑色，则选红色方为5分，选黑色方为—5分。最后以累积的正分最多的一方获胜，是双赢。前四轮里，两组都是选红色，也就是我不赢你也别想赢的做法。但大家静下心来一想，这样结果不是双赢而是双输了。但双方又不敢轻易换成黑色，经过一番激烈的讨论，我们决定选黑色，另人高兴的是，我们的对手也是选择了黑色，这时教室里响起了一阵热烈的掌声，这是对大家的互相信任的一种赞美。结果双方都得了正的3分，但回过头来想一想，如果一开始，大家就抱着这种让对方也赢的心态的话，我们会得到33分。从这个游戏中大家应该明白：什么是“双赢”？大家是处在同一个环境中，并且是有交集能够互相影响的，不管是哪一方都不可能永远把对方踩在脚下。顶多这次我算计你成功，但是下次呢，别人就扳回来了。不让对方有好日子过，你自己也没有安宁的生活。这就是个互相成就的问题，互相给机会大家都能发展。鱼网破对大家都没有好处，损人不利己的愚昧行为还是少做为妙。再推广一点，这个地球是一个大环境，整个地上的生物包括动植物和人类都是栓在一条绳上的蚂蚱，和谐平衡的局面若无法建立和保持，那么地球上生物的绝路也就不远了。
这次讲座的所得所获对我的帮助应该说是非常大的，培训结束以后我将会细细体会，不断实践，提高自己的素养。引领孩子们朝着健康、正确的方向不断发展。

随着时光的流逝，我那既天真又有趣的童年也悄悄地走开了。然而充满童趣的一幕幕已在我记忆的脑海里定格着。
记得那是我6岁的时候，我看见妈妈买回来一大袋的香瓜子。当妈妈放下袋子的时候，我便像离弦的箭一样跑到袋子的前面，把袋子撕地七零八落，取出了一包香瓜子。当我吃着香喷喷的瓜子时，不禁问妈妈：“妈妈，这些这么香的瓜子从哪儿得到的呢？”妈妈耐心地对我说：“这些瓜子是由向日葵那里得来的，只要种下一颗花籽，就能种出许多美味的香瓜子。”我听着听着就流下了口水，脑海中并想出了一个计划。
我把一包香瓜子全种在地里，浇了许多桶水。可是一个星期过去了，也还没看见香瓜子长出来。我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。于是，我就把香瓜子全挖了出来。挖出来一看，香瓜子不但没有长出鲜嫩的小花苗，反而上面还有许多小蚯蚓。我就把这件奇怪的事告诉了全家人，家人们笑得前仰后翻，我不知道怎么回事，就带着疑惑的心情问妈妈：“妈妈，大家为什么要笑啊？”妈妈笑着说：“儿子，你拿煮熟的香瓜子去种，当然种不出向日葵，只有生的香瓜子才能种出向日葵，不信你就试一试。”在妈妈的帮助下，我种的向日葵终于长出了小花苗。
这件事，虽然已经过去了很久，但是这件童年趣事像天边的一颗璀璨的星星，永远留在我心中的星空上。

我个人是觉得上网课没什么学习效果，上网课，老师在线直播辅导各同学，但是人数多，老师又不能每一个人都顾及得到，每个人的问题不一样，只能挑重点讲。一个人在房间里学习，没有在学校教室里学习氛围好。作息时间混乱，晚上熬夜，晚睡觉，预定多个闹钟。早上起来打完卡接着睡。上网课老师不能面对面教导，许多同学都是敷衍了事。老师与同学之间缺乏互动，对于学习好求者可能受益匪浅，但是对于厌倦学习者，学习上没有一点效果，需要老师面对面教导，当面监督学习情况。

所以我觉得，上网课不一定取得到老师授课学习效果，有一些学生未能适应网上学习。学习情况未能得到提升。但是在这个特殊时期，我们现在只能在网上学习了，无论如何，还是希望各位同学们认真上网课，能学一点是一点了。希望学校开学通知早一点来，开始怀念在教室里面学习的日子了。
