第一，提高自己的观念、意识，加强学习。公司需要我们，是因为我们的存在对公司有价值。只有不断提高自己的能力，才能更好地做一名好员工。尤其像我这样，从事物业行业却不是物业专业的员工，有许多知识、经验需要我去学习、掌握。
第二，树立一种争强好胜的意识，不想当将军的士兵，不是好士兵。自从工作以来，我的激情随着时间的消逝也渐渐消磨殆尽，工作中缺少激情，当一天和尚撞一天钟的，生活也犹如一潭水，缺少生机活力。看了艾莫老师的演讲，我觉得自己又回到了刚参加工作那会，充满了朝气。
第三，确立自己的目标，一步步的去实现自己的目标。凡事预则立，不预则废。做什么事都要有所准备。工作是这样，人生也是这样。
我们不能行尸走肉、浑浑噩噩的去工作，去度过自己的人生。所以，我们要确立自己的目标，不管是短期的、长期的，工作的还是人生的，总之，作为员工也好，作为人也好，我们要有追求。
第四，加强自己的团队协作能力，团结同事。现在的社会是一个合作的社会，谁也不可能脱离社会独自生存，在以后的'工作中我一定好好团结同事，跟同事搞好关系，建立最真挚的友情，共同进步。总之，在以后的工作中我一定努力提高自己，真正的做一名公司的好员工，实现自己的价值。
