一节1号电池烂在地里，能使1平方米的土壤永久失去利用价值。塑料、橡胶等垃圾被填埋在土壤中，会降低土壤的透气性，同时也阻碍植物根系的发育和对水分、养分的吸收与利用。
土地是人类和动植物共同的家园，面对土壤的流失和破坏，我们能为保护土壤做些什么呢？
我决定在班上成立一个“保护土壤护绿小队”。我们的任务是在校园、家庭、社区和街道上宣传，号召人们植树造林，尽量不用塑料袋，上街、逛超市用环保袋，减少白色污染。我把想法跟老师和同学们说了，很多人都愿意加入护绿小队。

在中国这片广袤的土地上，我们的祖先世世代代辛勤耕作、繁衍生息，创造了优秀的中华民族文化，在人类发展史上写下了光辉的篇章。但是，随着人口的不断增加和工业化、城镇化的快速发展，地球的负荷变得越来越沉重。人们总是破坏资源、浪费资源，地球上的资源就越来越少了，地球的资源是有限的，并不是取之不绝，用之不尽的。
大量的砍伐树木会造成水土流失，所以大家要多植树造林。树木可以吸收二氧化碳、毒气，释放氧气，树根可以吸收水分，每一次大水来临时，一片片树林就像一个个隐形的堤坝，保护着每一个人。如果没有了树木，大水会冲垮村庄，土地也会慢慢流失，到时候人类就无法生存了。
我提出了几个建议：一、要做到不耕作森林，砍伐树木。二、尽量少浪费资源，如尽可能步行或乘坐公交车，少开私家车等。
