从女儿幼儿园到小学三年级,每年我都会查阅大量的资料,把孩子年龄的心理行为特点整理好,根据孩子的年龄特点设计行为规范和需要养成的生活学习习惯,然后分项列表落实到具体生活中。小到洗脸刷牙、拿茶壶,大到预习复习、成绩,根据每天的表现进行日考核、周考核、月考核。每一项表现得好画小星星奖励,十颗小星星可以赢一个小红花,每周五晚上我们会计算小红花的数量,小红花的数量决定着我们飘儿周末是去游乐场还是买书。围绕着孩子的兴趣,奖惩分明持之以恒。不但女儿良好的生活学习习惯养成了,而且飘儿的课外学习也没有出现过半途而废的现象。
