快到妈妈的`生日了，我决定自己亲手做一道菜，看了看冰箱里现有的材料，“嗯，就做炒青菜吧！”我在心里默默地想着。
星期六，爸爸上班，妈妈出门买东西，太好了，双亲都不在家，终于可以安心做菜了。我打开冰箱门，从里面拿出青菜，顺手关上冰箱门走进厨房。我蹲在地上，“咔嚓”一声煤气灶打开了，调到中火，给锅加热，过了几分钟，我拎起油桶往里面大概放了小半碗油，只听油发出了“滋滋”的声音，好似是在监狱里的囚犯在大声吼骂：“快放我出去，放我出去！”我转身把青菜全部都倒在了盆子里，拧开水龙头，“哗哗——”让可爱的青菜在里面“洗澡”。洗完以后，甩了甩水，抓起一把青菜放在刀板上，拿起菜刀就上切，只听“笃笃笃”的声音，青菜被切成了一段段的。我拿起刀板端到锅子上，菜刀从上往下一刮，“刺啦，刺啦”倒进去的油像交到了新朋友似的，“噼里啪啦”跳个不停。翻炒了几分钟后，青菜就出锅了。
做菜真有趣啊！

我非常喜欢做菜。
这不，妈妈今天从菜场买回了两根黄瓜，我就说：“今天我来做凉拌黄瓜！”妈妈点头答应了。
我连飞带跑地到了厨房。然后边思考凉拌黄瓜的做法，边开始动手洗菜。
我先将黄瓜清洗干净，并用抹布把黄瓜上的刺搓去，再用刀把黄瓜头部与尾部切去。接下来，用刀把黄瓜切成两半，再把两半各切成厚薄均匀的黄瓜片，放人大碗中。接着，我把生姜、大蒜清洗好，把皮去掉，再把它们切成碎末，放人碗中；然后把盐、鸡精、糖，用调羹撒人碗里，除了这些，还要把醋倒人碗中。调料放好后，再均匀地搅拌两下。最后，把拌好的黄瓜连碗一起放人冰箱。过二十分钟后，再把麻油倒人碗中，一碗“名菜”就登场了。
我尝了一口黄瓜，哇！太好吃了，连妈妈也赞不绝口。
原来，做菜也很有成就感！

今天是我满十岁的生日，妈妈决定叫我做几道菜来庆祝一下。妈妈决定教我一些简单的菜，以免我学不会。
首先，妈妈先准备好了材料：大肉、姜、葱、花椒、土豆、大白菜、西红柿、鸡蛋、红萝卜等。妈妈准备教我西红柿鸡蛋汤、肉丸子、炸土豆、闷萝卜、白菜汤等。准备好了这些材料就开始开工了，我和妈妈先一起洗菜，结果我把菜弄成了光杆，然后和妈妈削土豆，结果妈妈削完了好一会儿我才削完，而且都快把土豆削没了，之后分工做，妈妈负责切菜，我负责把材料点好，以免有差错或用时找不到，再把火弄好。
准备好了一切，我们就开始炒菜了。妈妈先让我把油倒上，等把油烧开了妈妈就把菜倒进去，过了一会儿妈妈就让我去炒，做每道菜都是这样。
过了几个小时，菜也都做好了，爸爸和姐姐买蛋糕也回来了，然后我和妈妈把菜端上桌，爸爸和姐姐切蛋糕，之后我们一家人开开心心地边吃、边喝、边玩、边看。
我觉得这个生日过得最精彩了，我还有许多收获。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

在妈妈的指导下，我先把四个鸡蛋磕进碗里，再放一勺盐，用筷子均匀地搅一搅。起初还真有些笨手笨脚的，要不是妈妈帮忙，连蛋都搅拌不均匀呢。等搅好了，我把碗放在一边，开始用刀小心地切西红柿。我左手按住西红柿，右手拿刀，好不容易把他切成整齐的片。准备工作做好了，我开始做西红柿炒蛋。等调和油发出“滋滋滋——”的响声，爸爸告诉我这是因为我没把锅里水抹干。我把蛋倒进锅里，只见“哗”的一声，几滴油差点溅到了我的手上，我吓得连连向后退。只见那些鸡蛋慢慢鼓起了小泡泡，我连忙用锅铲把它们炒了炒，然后把那些鸡蛋暂时盛在一个小碟子里。
接下来，我要炒西红柿了，我把切好的西红柿放进锅里，用锅铲翻炒，想到一碟香喷喷的西红柿炒蛋就要“新鲜出炉”了，我不由得哼起了小曲。在妈妈的提醒下，我把鸡蛋倒进了锅里，和锅里的`西红柿一起翻炒。我以为炒好了，正准备盛到盘子里去，妈妈连忙说：“你还没放盐呢！”我听了，连忙加入一点盐和味精，又炒了炒，关了火，把西红柿盛进了盘子里，这才大功告成。啊！我闻到了一股香味，觉得它比我吃过的美味佳肴都香。
中午，我津津有味地品尝着自己炒的西红柿炒蛋，还不时发出自我陶醉的赞叹声。这可是我经历了种种困难亲手炒出来的啊！瞧，我初战告捷。接下来，我还要学烧更多的菜，争取成为名副其实的家庭小厨师呢！

今天，我在电视上看到了一个男厨师又切菜、又炒菜，忙得不亦乐乎。炒菜真的那么有趣吗？不行，我也得试试，我想起妈妈昨天买回来的青瓜，于是，我想到了炒青瓜。
我先把青瓜的头和尾都磨了几次，然后把青瓜切成薄薄的一片片。接着我把煤气打开，再把油倒在锅里，那油弹到我的手背上，烫极了。为了防止这样的事再发生，我戴上了手套。我把青瓜倒下去，热泡又弹起来，因为我戴上了手套，所以我不会再会被烫伤。我拿起锅铲，在锅里挥了几手，我想这时应该把锅盖盖上，虽然我不知道妈妈把锅盖放在哪里，但是我还是找到了。一会儿，我打开锅盖一看后，偷偷地吃了一块，哎呀！我忘记放盐了呀！我马上把盐倒到青瓜里，把盐搅匀，一碟青瓜炒好了。我津津有味地尝着我的作品，哇，味道还真不错！
从今天这件事中，我知道做事只要不怕苦，就可以成功。
