今天是五月的第二个星期天，也就是母亲节了。为了向母亲表示节日的祝福，早上起来打了电话回去，家里没人接。刚才打过去他们也刚刚从外面回来了，说是去一个远房亲戚家喝喜酒去了。
本来昨天晚上就想打电话回去了，但一玩就玩到十多点，太晚了就没打电话回去，怕吵醒他们。
以前打电话给家里时我都不看时间，什么时候想到就什么时候打，弄得妈妈说我这么晚打电话是不是遇到什么不开心的事，还是怎么了？这样每次很晚打电话回去后，第二天妈妈都要在打个回来，问清楚是不是有什么事，一定要弄清楚才放心。她说每次很晚打电话，那一晚她都睡不着了。所以现在打电话我心里第一反应就是看一下几点了，他们有没休息，或者有时出去忙地里的活了。虽然每次电话都是聊那么几分钟，但妈妈说长途电话很贵的。没什么事就不用打了，有空多打几个也是一样的。
虽然这是一件微不足道的事，但做为儿女我们应该要想到这些事。父母不希望你有什么多大的本事，只是希望儿女们幸福快乐也就心满意足了。
朋友，当你看到这时，想想你有我久没和家里打电话了，是不是该现在打个呢？不论今天是不是母亲节，不论有没有什么母亲节，我们都应该时不时打个电话回去。向家里问候一下，也好让家里人知道我们的情况。
