具体来说说景泰蓝的制作过程吧。分为六个步骤——制胎掐丝，点蓝，烧蓝，打磨，镀金。来说说掐丝这一步吧。这是一种非常精细的工作，掐丝工人心里有谱，不用在铜胎上打稿就能自由自在的粘成图画。他们能自由的在铜胎上粘成山水，花鸟，人物种种图画当然也能按照美术家的设计图图样工作，他们虽然不是美术家，但是在这一方面他们并不逊色。制作的工人都知道刻画的时候用繁笔，为接下来的点蓝烧蓝做好充分的准备。他们使景泰蓝物推陈出新，博得多方面人士的爱好。当然这也需要花费他们好大的功夫才能完成。他们心里明白，所谓“干一行爱一行”就是如此。他们一生坚守这个职业，一生执着，一生热爱。其中的辛苦只有他们自己心里知道。所谓干一行爱一行，就是如此。这就是工匠精神的内涵。
