它的嘴半开，双眼紧闭，两腿无力地搭拉在枯叶上，身体微微僵硬，嘴角似乎还隐着淡淡的微笑——它了，得平静而安详。回想初次遇见，或许它不该有这样的下场……
那是一次晚饭过后，我与友惠漫步花园小道，见许多人围观在含笑树下，心里不禁一乐：哈哈，肯定有什么新鲜玩意儿！便疾步过去，挤进人群，呵，原来是仨只小猫啊！它们是那么小，肚子只有人手腕粗细。两只是白黄色的\'，相互缠绵，另一只是黑色的，则奄奄一息，如一团将灭的火花，星星点点，只是蠕动着，蠕动着，将我的心儿勾了去。
夕阳顶着半个身子，只露出斜斜的一角正努力散发着光芒，最后终于渐渐消失在无际的夜空。
含笑的香气氤氲在空气中，令人陶醉不已。有位大哥哥发话了：“有没有人要领养这些猫的？没有的话，我就把它们全带走了。”人群一阵动，几个女生你推我挤的走出来，蹲下身，看看这，摸摸那，终于下了决心，嘴里嘟囔着，抱起一只黄猫便欢天喜地地走开了。紧接着，又有人将另只黄猫抱走，带着几分稚气，又蹦又跳地消失在我的视线中。
天愈来愈黑，就像被烧得吱吱做响的锅子罩住了一般。
风撩起几丝花香，甜甜的，缭绕在鼻尖。
人群渐渐散尽，上课铃回响在耳畔。还是没人要那只将的黑猫，我站在原地，呆呆看着它，不知作何感觉。
黑猫费力地睁开眼，眼珠子剔透，似乎在为自己的悲惨命运感伤，母亲啊，为何将弱小的我丢弃于此！
“快上课了，走吧！”惠拍拍我的肩，轻声说道。“可它……可它会的！不如，把它带到后山去吧！”
寂静的夜，两个小女孩搂着猫，走在月光下，唱着歌，跳着舞，有说有笑。
我本以为它能活下来，却不料……
次日，当我满心欢喜的带着面包打算问候它时，却见它躺在草丛中，神情坦然，嘴角以一个最完美的弧度向上扬起，定格了前的欢跃，或许，它像卖火柴的小女孩一样，做了一个很长很美的梦，却再也不能回来了。
泪水一泻而下，我静静地望着它，百感交集。
它本不该的，它还这么小，甚至没机会睁眼看看万般妖娆的世界。难道是我的错吗？是我不应该将它带回来，或许猫母还会再回去找它，那么，它就不会了，有或许……
若，真有若，我想再一次遇见，那时，我便会一笑而过，循着操场的一片绿意向前走去，连头也不回！
