“梦想永远离不开泪水和汗水，梦想需要脚踏实地”，这是我在观看《开学第一课》时感触最深的一句话。当我看到一个残疾的哥哥站在台上，大屏幕上放着他的故事时，我的泪水在眼眶里打转，他叫刘伟。
10岁时因为点击失去了双臂，这是一件多么令人痛苦的事情啊！但他为了实现自己音乐制作人的梦想，努力学习用脚趾弹钢琴，每天坚持练琴，这与他的泪水和汗水是分不开的，泪水是在一次次失败中产生的，而汗水又是在一次次刻苦练习中产生的，经过不懈的努力，他终于练成了用脚弹钢琴，而且脚趾像手指一样灵活。
当长城脚下传出他优美动听的琴声时，我不禁陷入深深的反思中：跟他比起来，我生活得多么幸福呀！我跟他一样，也需要每天练琴，我只需要花一点点时间就可以练好的曲目，相信大哥哥需要付出比别人几倍甚至百倍的努力！我知道练琴有多难，可哥哥为了梦想，不懈坚持，不懈努力，用自己的泪水和汗水，到达了成功的彼岸，他用自己的毅力证明了自己与正常人一样，我们也要像他一样，坚持梦想，实现梦想！而和他一样双臂截肢的男孩杨孟衡，很喜欢游泳，梦想能登上残奥会的领奖台上，他付出了泪水和汗水，满怀希望地参加了竞选国家队的比赛，可结果离梦想太遥远，他只取得了第九名的成绩，他修改了一下自己的梦想，他决定好好学习。虽然他已经两年没有上学了，跟着大家上高中也很吃力，但因为他的努力与勤奋，最终在今年的高考中以高分考取了中山大学。
事实证明，只要你努力，不论你多么与众不同，通过泪水和汗水，成功永远在你面前。每个人的成功都与泪水和汗水是分不开的，人有了梦想，就要朝着梦想的彼岸去努力，希望永远在前方。让我们设定一个自己的梦想，放飞梦想的雄鹰，一起努力！
