然而，我最喜欢的当属陕西的美味凉皮。刚刚蒸好的凉皮是一片圆圆的大白面片，普通得让人看都不想看一眼。但是，“化妆”后的凉皮那可就不一样了：柔糯可口的面筋，加上脆嫩多汁的切成丝儿的黄瓜，撒在浑身晶莹透亮的凉皮上，红艳艳的辣椒汁成了凉皮火红的美丽嫁衣，你便不得不被它美丽的外表所吸引。
凉皮的做法很简单。把蒸好的凉皮切成约两厘米的长条，再拌上黄瓜、花生和面筋，浇上汤汁，就成了细滑爽口的凉皮。
棕色的汤汁、鲜红的辣椒汁使晶莹透亮的凉皮若隐若现，犹如一只巨大的手掌紧紧地抓住了我的味蕾。我迫不及待地拿起了筷子，夹起了一条凉皮，慢慢地咀嚼着。第一口，嫩滑多汁；第二口，回味无穷……
“弟弟，你也尝尝，可好吃了，来一口？”
“哧溜”，弟弟尝了之后连连点头，好吃的话都说不出来了。
凉皮，我这个“小馋猫”最喜欢品尝的独特风味小吃。

今天上午我们班举行了美食会。

1：把剥开的核桃仁洗净。
2、开大火，将适量的蜂蜜倒进锅里。
3、蜂蜜热了以后，把核桃仁放锅里。
4、加入蜂蜜后立即倒入核桃仁快速翻炒。
5、锅里的蜂蜜快熬干的时候，开小火。
6、蜂蜜熬干后，将核桃仁取出，晾凉即可。
听着李姝瑶介绍的美食我就直流口水。我急切想品尝她的美食。他介绍完了，又有七八个同学介绍，大家介绍完，老师就让同学们做的美食拿到了讲台上，让同学们一排一排上去品尝，一会，轮到我们排品尝同学们拿的食物时，我看到王政普拿着勺子在吃席一鸣做的米饭的时候，他仰着头，张着大嘴，但拿勺的手不听使唤，米却倒不进嘴里，看到他那滑稽的表情老师和同学们都忍不住捧腹大笑。最后老师让我们评出美食王，同学们评出的美食王是李姝瑶和席一鸣。

在游览北京名胜古迹之余，当然就是品尝北京的特色了，对于我这个小吃货来说，也是最在意的事情。北京的特色首当其冲的就是老北京烤鸭。第一天晚上，我们就来到了有名的“全聚德烤鸭”。就坐后，服务员递过来一张精美的菜单，妈妈单刀直入点了鸭子，又点了几个特色配菜，我看着那惹人眼球的图片介绍，只能悄悄地将快要流出的口水咽了回去……
等待总是漫长的。“服务员阿姨，我们的烤鸭好了没有啊……”“马上好，请您稍等!”，我只好眼巴巴地看着一只只烤鸭从我眼前经过，被送到了别人的餐桌。终于，如见亲人般，看见一位带高帽的厨师推着烤鸭车缓缓来到我们跟前，我紧紧地盯着烤鸭，瞬间感觉它怎么那么漂亮啊，金灿灿地冒着油光，扑鼻的香味让我咽了好几次口水。只见厨师不慌不忙地先将鸭皮用刀一片片割下来，麻利地在盘子里摆成一个花形，很快第二盘用剩下的鸭肉摆好的盘子也上桌了。
我们终于可以启动了。我先拿出一片饼子放在手心，再用葱丝沾了酱抹在饼上，最后夹了几片鸭皮和鸭肉，把饼一卷，轻轻咬上一口，真香!脆香酥，但不油腻，总之色香味俱全，让人回味无穷，我情不自禁地竖起了大拇指!
“慢点!”在妈妈的“责怪”声中，我一口气吃了好几个，摸摸鼓起的肚子，我自己都笑了，“妈妈，太好吃了!”。今天，让我的舌头可是过足了瘾，这舌尖上的美味，不愧为京城一绝，让我至今都无法忘怀!

关联理论强大的解释力为翻译研究提供了一个理论框架。在此框架下，从认知角度对翻译过程进行描写，把翻译过程看作是原者—译者—读者之间的两个交际过程，在动态语境中找出各种信息之间的最佳关联，对真实交际意图做作出推理，从而能够全面、科学的阐释话语理解，达到翻译这一交际的目的。

Sperber和Wilson主张用“关联原则”来解释人类的交际。他们认为，语言交际是一个认知过程，交际双方之所以能够配合默契，是因为有一个最佳的认知模式，即“关联”。关联由两个因素决定：语境效果和心智努力。人类认知活动的目标就是在认知过程中力图以最小的心智努力获得最大的语境效果。为了达到这个目标，人们必须把注意力集中于最为“关联”的信息，以获取信息和语境的最佳关联。最佳关联是指在话语理解时以一定的心智努力获得足够的语境效果。
交际是否成功关键在于人对事物之间的联系或关联的认识。人类在认知过程中往往以最大关联为取向，但在实际交际过程中我们只能期待产生一个最佳关联，即听者在理解话语时用最小的认知努力获得足够的语境效果，并以交际为取向。关联理论认为语境是一个在互动过程中为了正确理解话语而存在于人们大脑中的一系列假设，所以关联理论的语境不限于现实环境中的情景或话语本身的语境，交际中的语境不是固定不变的，而是动态的。而最佳的语境效果是由明示——推理模式提供的。明示，即说话人明白无误地表达出自己的意图；推理，即听话人从说话人提供的信息中推断出说话人暗含的意图。其中，听话人的推理是理解话语的核心，而关联则是听话人推理的基础。对话语进行推理就是在话语与语境假设之间寻找一种关联，关联选取得当就会获得足够的语境效果，有了语境效果，就能正确理解话语，使交际获得成功。
