我庆幸当年毫不犹豫从上海回来，然后才能有偶然的机遇认识新的朋友，一针见的点醒我性格中最大的弱点。
另一个转机竟是那场莫名其妙的病。如果不曾亲身经历过全身麻醉的恐惧和麻醉过后的剧痛，如果不曾亲眼看见同一病床的生命的消亡，我会有更多的放不开和畏缩。也正是因为曾经读过那本震撼人心的《追逐日光》，我才能以更加坚定的心去追逐仿若重新开始的人生。
当昨天在火车上读到《创意课ii》中的前几个章节，我已经怦然心动：让以前的自己去，丢掉过去，在新的环境重新开始，没有任何的假想敌，用新鲜的心情接纳每一个新认识的不同的人和事。我惊讶于一个素未谋面的，成长经历完全不同的人，是如何能通过一本书与读者产生共鸣。
借由这本书，我终于理出了思路。我在苏黎世的快乐，不正是基于此吗？以前那个强势的我，树敌无数的我，已经被我丢在了北京，随着沙尘暴刮远了再也找不到。我万般的庆幸那个我并没有被我带来瑞士。如果不把任何人想象成敌人，就不会浪费哪怕一秒的生命被别人制约着疲于奔命。所有的时间和能量，都会围绕着自己。我不敢说身边的人是否都喜欢我，但至少我在瑞士没有敌人，只有朋友和更好的朋友。心中没有任何假想敌，就不会散发出可悲的气味吸引真正的'敌人的到来。而相反，如果想要人来爱自己，自己就要先很爱自己，并且不计付出的去爱别人。只有付出了，才会有能量的流转，别人的爱才会流进来，填充付出后的空缺。对事业，对朋友，对未来，无不如是。
如果看过《秘密》这本书，我们就应该试着去做这些。所有正面的能量，都会丰盈我们的人生，都会带来快乐。
如果有了负面的情绪，就试着用反义词造句，然后去理解它。有时候，会发现峰回路转的闪念的火花带来希望，可以帮助我们破除被桎梏住的消极或者愤怒。
