After the young solder checked if there was nothing wrong with my friend, he went away. In conclusion, this young solder is the one who i respect a lot!

On the afternoon of October 28, the weather was particularly sunny. The day I had been looking forward to for two weeks finally came. Today, we are going to the emergency rescue training base of the Municipal Red Cross Society to learn first aid knowledge and skills.
We took a bus to our destination. First of all, the volunteers of the Municipal Red Cross Society explained to us the origin, functions and components of the Red Cross movement.
From his introduction, I know that may 8 is the World Red Cross Day every year. The bright red red cross represents the spirit of humanity, fraternity and dedication. Then, we started the practical operation. The first one was cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Volunteers introduced the operation process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and simulated first aid.
Secondly, volunteers also teach us four skills of trauma rescue: hemostasis, dressing, fixation and handling. When learning hemostatic bandage, volunteers showed us triangular towel head bandage, stirring rod bandage, etc. Finally, we carry out practical operation.
Under the careful guidance of volunteers, we studied very hard, and everyone mastered these first-aid skills.
Time passed quickly, and the afternoons study soon came to an end, and the students were still not satisfied. Before I took part in this activity, I didnt know what the Red Cross did, and I never wanted to know it. Through this afternoons study, I deeply felt that the Red Cross Society is really great. I want to inherit its spirit and be a loving person. Thank you very much for allowing me to participate in such a meaningful activity!

This is my first time to participate in the practice activity of Haidu little reporter. When my mother told me that the activity content was to learn first aid knowledge, I began to look forward to it.
When I came to the auditorium, I saw the theme of the activity at a glance: everyone learns first aid and first aid is for everyone. After a while, the activity began, "lets invite Dr. Zhang from the emergency department of Jinjiang hospital!" as soon as the voice fell, a male doctor wearing white divination walked on the stage and explained in detail "what should you do if someone suddenly faints in front of you?"
Dr. Zhang told us that cardiopulmonary resuscitation should first observe the environment and confirm the surrounding safety before rescue. I pricked up my little ears and listened attentively for fear of missing any link. Dr. Zhangs explanation was not only professional but also interesting. I firmly remember every step of cardiopulmonary resuscitation he said.
After listening to the explanation, its natural to experience it. All the students are eager to try and hold their hands high. I especially want to try, but its a pity that only two students are lucky to complete the practice.
Todays activity is very meaningful. I not only learned the first aid knowledge that can "save lives", but also gained a lot of laughter. In this happy atmosphere of "learning by playing, learning by playing", I absorbed more knowledge. I think if I meet someone who suddenly faints in the future, I will "save" them with the first aid knowledge I learned today.

生命是我们一切生活之源，它得依靠质量与安全来保证。质量与安全，是我们的.生命之本；不管它在哪里，是我们始终不能被放松也不能被遗忘的关键所在。既然它始终是不能被放松也不能被遗忘的关键所在，又都是这么的人人自危，为什么不能从自危当中解救自己呢？为什么又会出现这多的有关质量与安全问题的严重症状呢？我们的质量与安全到底从何而来，又会从哪里得到保证？
我个人的想法是质量与安全不能完全依靠国家政策的强制手段，不能完全依赖国家质监总局、国家安监总局的监督与调查，不能在出事前就存侥幸疏忽心理，出事后就后怕自危，才来个亡羊补牢；得事先防范于未然；得人人自重，认识到质量与安全，是我们共同的责任；自觉承担起这个责任，从个人做起，从自我做起，从初始做起。如果每一个人都对质量与安全负起全责，尊重每一个生命，而不是单纯的尊重自我个体的生命，那么我想质量与安全终会有来路，终会得到保证。
在我们单位，公司的质量理念是：产品彰显人品，质量赢得市场。安全理念是：相互关爱，共保平安。这说明了公司对质量与安全的认识和要求，质量与安全是我们能够长足发展的首要条件也是必要条件。质量与安全的普遍性，不仅是公司紧抓常抓不懈的重中之重的事情，也同样要求我们每一位员工认识到它是我们每一个人的责任，是我们共同的责任，是我们每一位员工日常工作的重中之重的事情。
那么我们要怎么把质量与安全具体做好呢？我们只有秉着对每一个生命个体的尊重，在每日工作当中注重每一个细节，细分到每个具体的事项，用科学的态度与行为，修练科学家的职业敏锐度和洞察力，严谨审慎地对待工作，才不会差之毫厘,缪之千里,才会在质量与安全上获得成效。这次订工作服时，让我深有感触，钢架班的师傅们出差益阳，通过短信联络填报身高尺寸等内容，按照表的要求应填报单位为㎝的尺寸，但是他们却在用钢卷尺量过尺寸后，以他们的职业反应报上单位为㎜的尺寸。对于质量与安全，假如我们都有这样的职业精神与职业反应力，那么我们也会达到像科学家一样的成就；质量与安全也就根本不会有出现问题的可能,更不会有我们大是大非的讨论空间。
质量与安全，从何而来？它从我们每一个个体在日常生活工作当中对待每一具体事情细致入微的修练当中来，从我们以科学家的精确考量思维当中来。

可是，当我们又一次走过那条街啊!这是怎么回事?那条小狗居然倒在了地上!我们的嘴巴全都张成了“O”形。那个女主人叫着从店里跑出来，抱起那条小狗，嘴里含糊不清的喊着“你怎么了，你怎么了……”看着那条狗在生与之间挣扎，那位女主人抱着它，抚摸着它，不听得说着什么……经过询问，旁人说是被车撞了。什么?被车给撞了!同学说“我好想哭!”但男生却在起哄：“哭吧哭吧不是罪……”是啊，哭不是罪，但是，难道那个开车撞小狗的人就无罪了吗?很可惜，我没有看到这一幕。撞小狗的人到底是会扔下小狗，一屑不顾，还是会逃之夭夭?总之，无论如何，撞狗的人一定是犯下了大错!如此黑心，一点都不负责任，哼，我真是怒火中烧……
社会上又何止只有这些事呢?有多少人是凭着良心活着呢?又有多少人连自己的心都沾满了污垢却浑然不知呢?这条狗只是一个小小的例子而已啊!拿动物来说，它也是我们的朋友，多少动物都是被人故意残害，为的是什么?他们只顾眼前的利益，却不顾后果有多么严重!动物也有有肉有感情，是我们生活中的一份子，我们能做的，就是要好好对待它们!那些还有黑心的人们，走向良心的世界里来吧，否则，它将是一场恶梦……

It is important for you to learn some knowledge about first aid in your daily life. If a person has an accident, he needs medical care before a doctor can be found. When you give first aid, you must pay attention to three things. First, when a person stops breathing, open his/her mouth and see if there is food at the bulk of his/her mouth. Second, if a person cannot breathe, do you best to start his/her breathing at once, using a mouth to mouth way. Third, if a person is hurt badly, try at once to stop the bleeding. Then take him/her to a doctor. If a person loses one third of his/her blood, he/she may die.
Many accidents may happen at home. All parents should know first aid in order to deal with common injuries which may happen to their children. When a person is bitten by an animai, wash the wound with cold running water before he/she is taken to see a doctor. When a person is burnt, wash and cool the area of the skin under the cold tap for a while. Then put a piece of dry clean cloth over the burn. If the person is badly burnt, take him/her to the doctor. If a person cuts his/her finger, clean it and put a piece of paper round the cut. Every bodyrshould know some first aid in order to save othe peoples lives.

就拿过马路来打个比方吧：第一点，最最重要的就是“要遵守红绿灯”，如果连这最基本的规矩都不能遵守的话，那你可就不要再想什么安全不安全的了。什么？不相信？！那一次在南环路上抱着一个小孩的中年妇女，就是因为不遵守红绿灯，才让一辆大车断送了她俩的'性命。
第二点:过马路一定“要走斑马线”，只有斑马线两端才会有红绿灯，而且每一位开车的司机都会在斑马线处减速，所以，要想保障自己的安全，就必须走斑马线。
第三点：过马路一定要“左右看车”，如果有车辆行驶过来，就应该及时避让，不可以与车赛跑。而且过马路时千万不要去玩手机、玩具，一切会妨碍看来往车辆的行动都应该暂停，不然，后果将会不堪设想。
这些安全规矩，一旦违反一条，条条都可以使你一命呜呼。所以，请各位一定记住：安全规矩，不可违！
