可是好景不长，有一天，我的对面开了一家摩托车店，我的后面就是摩托车修理店。一开始，人类还友善地对待我，可是时间一长，他们忽略了我，修好车把什么东西都往我这扔，油和工具是“常客”，阻碍我成长，油使我喝不到清凉的甘露，而工具压得我喘不过气来。
一年过去了，我变成什么样了？天啊，透过摩托车的后视镜一看，乌黑一片，我的叶子耷拉，动辄飘落，甚至也发出难闻的气味，但人类还没有停止，用更“可恶”的方法捉弄我：把摩托车排出的有毒气体朝我喷来，让我熏得只能“苟且偷生”。
我郑重地告诉你们，树木也有生命，如果不是我们为你们输出氧气，你们能得到那么新鲜的空气吗？你们要保护我们，必须！

环境保护是指人类为解决现实的或潜在的环境问题，协调人类与环境的关系，保障经济社会的持续发展而采取的各种行动的总称。 我国把环境保护宣布为我国的一项基本国策。所以我们要努力做好环境保护。然而，现在有许多不好的现象，例如：许多人在街上随地扔垃圾，吐痰。汽车的尾气超标，等等。
为了保护环境，保护我们的家园，我提出如下建议：
1、实行垃圾分类化。这样不仅能减少环卫工人的工作量，还能更好地起到废物利用，减少污染。 2、节约资源。建议大人买菜时，少用塑料袋，尽量用竹篮子。用笔尽量用可换芯的，减少圆珠笔外壳的浪费与垃圾量。 3、外出吃饭尽量不用一次性饭盒。绿色消费，尽量少使用一次性用品，多使用耐用品。 4、人类要想征服可怕的大自然，就必须尊重自然，爱护树木，爱护动物，爱护大自然的一切。 5、要从我做起，首先选择有利于保护环境的生活方式。善待我们的家园、善待地球，共创一个美好的生活环境。
环保是现代生活中人类面临的最大问题。要解决这一问题必须从现在做起，为了地球的明天，我们必须要从自己开始努力，好好地保护环境!
