星期四，我们课间休息，广播里说：“马上进行地震逃生演习！”
我们听到这里，就开始紧张起来，这时，广播又说：“铃响第一声时，拿着书蹲在桌子底下。第二声响的时候，从前后门出来迅速站队，然后下楼到操场。刚播报完，第一声铃就响了，我们马上蹲在桌子底下，第二声响的时候，我们从前后门迅速地离开了教室，站好队伍就下去了。在我们下到三楼的时候，二年级的同学动作很慢，在慢悠悠的下楼，根本不把这次演习当一回事。我们又不能越过他们，只好紧跟在他们后面，真让人着急！过了一会儿，我们都下去了，站在操场上。这时候，校长说：“我们这次逃生演习用了四分多钟，总体还不错。”但我觉得用的时间太长了，如果真要地震，四分多钟的时间可能楼已经倒了。所以应该再快一些。
这次地震逃生演习让我有了地震逃生的知识，如果地震真得发生，我肯定不会惊慌失措，会按照演习的方法进行逃生！

For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.

听见这声音同学们觉得好像真的地震了。个个抱紧头，闭紧双眼，以迅雷不及掩耳之速躲进桌子底下。我顿时觉得平时宽敞的桌子竟在“危及”时刻没有了我的藏身之地。我闭紧双眼，双手抱紧头，用力向里面缩，差点没把自己卷成一个肉球。好不容易摆好了姿势，脚不会酸了，我的“同桌冤家”又毫不留情地撞了我一下，把我千辛万苦摆好地完美姿势给破坏了。我咬了咬牙……
“狗急了跳墙，兔子急了还咬人”呢！我想站起来和他评理，没想到……也许是桌子让我遵守地震逃生演练的规则——把我的头顶了回来差点没出来个“小包子”。
终于熬到头了，可以开始跑了。同学们像一支训练有素的部队，在老师的“命令”下，井然有序地排好队伍，跟着六班跑出去。我们依然是双手抱头，往前跑。每个人的心里都想着要逃离这个“危险之地”，虽然如此，但是没有一个人过于紧张，去推拉别人。
由于同学们的团结协作，我们很快就逃离了“地震区”，来到了西操场。曾校长讲话：老师们，同学们，我们这次地震逃生演练进行地十分顺利，这都是……
通过这次的地震逃生演练，不仅让我懂得了许多在地震时自救的知识，更重要的是让我明白了一个深刻的道理：只有团结才可以取得成功。如果当初每个人都想最早离开，整个队伍就会散乱，造成堵塞。因此只有团结才能取的成功！

当地震发生时，最重要的就是逃生。所以，今天早一大课间要进行演练。
第二节课下，做完眼保健操后就要演练了，我便将水倒好、面纸放入口袋，还将鞋带也给系好了，现在就欠“东风”了，只要老师一声令下，我就可以“逃生”了。
当校长在广播里进行了一番长篇大论后，演练终于开始了。在校长的一声令下，我将水一饮而尽、出门排除了。在出教学楼时，楼道里全是学生，前面的同学跑得比兔子还要快几倍，我都赶不上了。喂！这又不是真的地震，等等我呀！
跑到操场后，我们便按照要求，双手抱头、蹲了下来。随着校长一声结束的指令，我们的“逃生”演练结束了。
这次演练，让我们知道了，当地震来时，我们该怎么做才能更好地保护自己。

However, it is a pity that some people don't make full use of their time .They spend a lot of time in sleeping, chatting playing computer games or other unmeaning matters. . They don't realize that wasting time is actually equal to killing themselves. They always regret not having made great achievements. One of the reasons may be they do not make good use of time. Therefore, in order to be successful, they should first get into the habit of being on time. It’s a sign of cherishing time. Don't put off what can be done today until tomorrow. Being lazy will eventually lead to failure. Don't wait, because you don't know how long it will take when you put off your plan.
