Another way is to develop the bike rental. As we know, car is much bigger than the bike obviously. Driving a car takes up much more place than cycling. So, developing the bike rental is an absolutely correct way to prove traffic circumstances.
Besides, government also builds 4 subway lines under the central of the city and increases the number of the taxis.
In my opinion, all the action above is useful. When the actions above are all finished, the city will be more perfect.

谁都有可能遭遇挫折，很多人面对挫折，就会失去人生的自信，再也不愿意去努力，甚至断言自己是一个失败者，自己和成功无缘。
其实，并没有失败，只是暂时没有成功而已。如果敢于倒空“失败”，那么成功同样属于自己。
《凤凰卫视》著名的战地记者闾丘露薇曾经在复旦大学做过一场报告，这场报告吸引了近千名学子，他们当中大多数即将走出校门。
令人意外的是，在这场报告会上，闾丘露薇并没有谈太多自己的成名经历，也没有讲那些战地采访的故事，而是一再向大学生们强调两个字——归零！
为此，她讲述了工作中难忘的两次经历。
第一次是她刚刚从复旦大学哲学系毕业，还没有进入新闻行业。
有一天，她看到一家会计师事务所需要一名英文翻译，于是发了简历去应聘。
对方一看她是名牌大学的毕业生，很快就通知她去面试。
闾丘露薇对这次面试非常自信，因为读大学时，她的英文水平在系里就是拔尖的。
笔试时，对方要求闾丘露薇翻译一份会计报表。虽然可以查字典，但是对着那些专业名词，她根本不知道从哪里入手。
等她把翻译好的报表交到考官手上时，考官只看了几眼，就皱起了眉头。
结果可想而知，闾丘露薇没有得到那份工作。
那次失败的面试给闾丘露薇打击很大，她开始怀疑自己的能力。直到半年后，她考进了一家国际会计师事务所。这家公司花了大量时间对新员工进行培训，几个月下来，闾丘露薇的财经专业英文水平突飞猛进。这时，她才重新找回了自信。
后来她进入新闻行业，刚开始时她很自信，觉得自己站在镜头前挺清秀可人。
可突然一天，她的一个上司对她说：“我觉得你不适合做电视，你的雀斑，电视上看得一清二楚。”
这句话仿佛给初入新闻行业的闾丘露薇当头浇了一盆冷水，她的心情沮丧到了极点，面对镜头开始变得不自信，怎么也找不到自如的感觉。
这时，一位同事说了一句让她受益终生的话：“你一定要记得，在镜头前面，不要老想着自己漂不漂亮，你需要想的是，你要告诉观众什么，这才是最重要的。”
这句话让她恍然大悟，在镜头面前，她不再想着自己的外表，而是专注于如何通过自己的内心向观众传达最有价值的'信息。慢慢地，她找到了自己的风格，多次深入战地采访，并成为第一位进入阿富汗战地采访的华人女记者。
这两次经历，让闾丘露薇感到，在职场中，越是难受、挫败的时刻，越需要归零。
在面试失败、被上司否定的时候，如果闾丘露薇就此认定自己不行，不敢再去尝试，那么就不可能有今天这位出色的战地记者。
人生就是一个不断尝试和修整的过程，也是一个不断寻找自己最佳成功点的过程，这其中难免会有一些曲折。但是，你一定要明确这样的信念：
在一个真正追求成功者的字典中，并没有“失败”两个字。只有你勇敢地追求，不断地提升，你同样会拥有梦寐以求的成功！
