而且由于我国法律中并没有有关个人信息保护的相关条文，虽然部分法律中涉及到了个人信息问题，但是这些条款并不完善，经常不能充分的保护到他人的网络个人信息。这种情况极易造成了当公民网络信息被泄露后会由于网络信息泄露造成公民安全隐患时。
