我带着极度愤怒的情绪走向我的好朋友，用那讽刺与得理不饶人的方式说话，结果却讲出了一件她嘱咐我千万不能说出的事。我本来还洋洋得意地看着面红耳赤又恼怒的她，结果她突然炮火猛攻，和我来个唇枪舌战，我们互相咆哮，放肆着，讥笑着，僵持不下；她一怒之下，赏了我一巴掌，彷彿是在诉说着为什么要迁怒于她，她便头也不回地走了，留下站在原地且充满悔恨的我。
人在争吵后总是会学到一些东西，让不成熟且强词夺理的自己蜕变。或许我不该把和他人的沟通转变成去活来的战争，或许我不该随意招惹是非，造成了友谊的`破裂与疲惫不堪的自己。吵架时只有那么一个想法：“箭在弦上，不得不发。”心想这大战是无可避免的，便充满傲气地讲了些荒唐话。我心想我确实是很无知，为何惹毛好朋友引来一场冷战？内心悔不当初，时时刻刻总是希望这争吵从没发生过，我也不会因此失去挚友。
过了几个星期，我鼓起勇气去道歉；虽然换不回当初的要好，但毕竟我成长了，不再像之前说话不经思考，且因刺伤别人感到得意。有一句话这么说：“一个人能从别人的观念来看事情，能了解人心灵活动的人，永远不必为自己的前途担心。”我该要了解同学们，不再咄咄逼人，并用微笑表示友善，敞开那沟通的大门！

炎热的暑假，让人都懒得外出，在家里开空调或开风扇，是在暑假里的一种享受，争执。
有一天，我正开着风扇熟睡着，突然耳朵里传进爸爸那如同雷声一样的叫声：“李俞，快起来！看看几点了，你睡够了没有？作业还有一大堆呢，快起来做。”一段话把我从美梦中拉回了现实，父命不可违，我只好无可奈何地爬起来，下了床，来到桌子前，坐在椅子上，便开始做作业了。
做着做着，“李俞。”又是一声震耳欲聋的声音。“有什么事啊？爸爸。”我有气无力地问。“你出来一下，把垃圾给倒了。”
去倒垃圾？！在这炎热的天气里，有谁会外出啊，除非有飞办不可的事情呢！我才不去呢，我可没那么傻！“我可不去。”我斩钉截铁地回道，“要去你去。”“什么？我去？”爸爸那被高音喇叭扩大过的声音又传进我的耳朵，“你知道吗？小孩子就得劳动劳动，不能……”“就不就不。”我没等爸爸说完，便说了起来。
“你去不去？"
“不去不去。”
“去不去。”
“不去！”
“不去信不信我打你！”
“爸，这是什么年代了啊？‘神七’都上天了，您还这打那打的。”说完这话后，我便摔门而出了。
等我回来的时候，发现爸爸坐在椅子上看报，好像没发生什么事一样，垃圾已经倒了，我知道这是爸爸倒的了，看到这里，我心里无比内疚。

Dear Mom and Dad,
Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.
Second, I want to thank you that you give me a good environment to grow up. There is an old saying “Parents are the first teacher to their children”. In my life, you are the typical ones. Because of your good examples I formed the good habit of learning at an early age which benefits my life.
At last, I want to say “thank you” is that you always support my choice. You never forced me to do anything I was not interested in. Now I become an optimistic and cheerful girl and I feel happy every day.

Beloved father:
It’s a long time no contacting with you since last e-mail. And I miss you so much. Recently I luckily turn to the third officer working on board MV Blue Whale,which is a container ship. I intend to introduce you what Ido on this big vessel in this letter.
I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.
In the end, I strongly believed that you must be very familiar with my special work through what I said. And I hope you can stand my back and make me stronger. We will have a reunion soon.
