有一次我生病发烧了，头很痛。我躺在小床上，思考妈妈知道我生病了会不会伤心呢？我心里对自己说，不，妈妈一定会对我好。我想啊想，想着想着就进入甜蜜的梦乡。等我醒来，我发现旁边有一杯水，当时我非常渴，就把水喝了下去，没想到这竟然是药！我正想发火，一想到外婆也是为了我好，我就没有发火。过了一会我听到门外有人敲门，我刚要去开门，外婆急急忙忙走过来了，对我说：“我去开门。”进来的.是妈妈。妈妈一进门就对我说：“好好休息，早点睡觉，不要睡晚。”这句安慰的话让我非常感动，我激动得手舞足蹈，妈妈又说：“明天早上就会好了。”
过了一天，我的病果然好了，我猜是因为妈妈的安慰感动了病，让病逃跑了。
你瞧，妈妈的爱是多么伟大，把病都吓跑了。

He's very hard-working and intelligent. He always studied hard at school. Because of his hard work, he always did very well in exams. His oral English was better than mine. Most of the time, he was willing to chat with me in English. Owing to his help, I made a lot of progress in oral English.
