女儿面对高考你不要恐慌。俗话说的好：“怕字当头，百事难做”。罗斯福也曾说过：“世界上唯一让我们害怕的事，就是我们害怕”。所以，横下一条心往前闯，拿出“壮士一去不复还”的`勇气去搏击，就一定能够到达胜利的彼岸。
面对高考你不要烦燥。题量大，压力重。产生烦燥是正常的，当你烦躁的时候，暂时放下手中的难题，放眼远望。或者换一个学科学一学，再不行就出去走一走。要知道必要的放松也是学习。其实当烦燥袭来的时候正是在提醒自己，超越和成长就在此时。凡是成功的人士，心灵必然强大。所以他能够拔快时钟，更干净利索地把烦恼消化。其实“烦脑就是菩提”就是开悟。所以，当你烦燥的时候，正时你跨越困难超越自己的时候。
