相信大家对新鲜感这个词都不陌生。也就是我们常说的三分热度。的确，这个东西曾让我意识到如果我选择继续这么下去，对我的影响多大。就像说好的.今天一定会把笔记写完结果写一半又去做别的事。想到什么就立马着手干别的结果半途又反悔撒手不管。说实话这是个毛病，它就像一把利刃抵着你脖子，想阻止你继续前进。如果你束手就擒放弃抵抗，那你不仅会止步不前还会一点一点坠入深渊，但你真的甘愿如此吗？不，不是。你该成为更好的人。
记得有一段话是这么说的，“我承认我过得一点也不好，很多时候我真的都熬不下去，快要崩溃了。我不知道哪有这么多压力，我改变的失去的都太多了。好多事情我真的接受不了，但我也无力抗拒。只能哭完了再爬起来老老实实继续走下去。这辈于从来就没这么坚强过”其实当你在不停的想为其他人改变自己的时候你就已经不再是真正的自我了。人这一生啊最难能可贵的无疑是做好自己。而不是为了生活里那些琐碎的小事扰的自己心烦意乱。无论什么事自己，如何想的只要自己认为是对的便怎样去做，不论成功与否至少你敢于尝试，相比起从不敢迈出这一步的人已经前进了一大步，就像蓝湛云深不知处问灵十三载只为第一不归人，因为他始终相信魏无羡会回来，可以不相信其他人，但无论如何得相信自己的心。因为生活从不着顾因循守旧，满足现状者，从不等待不思进取，坐享其成者。所以你要努力，成为更好，更优秀的人。
