朱教授在书中描述：理想的教师，应该是一个胸怀理想，充满激情和诗意的教师；是一个自信、自强、不断挑战自我的教师；是一个善于合作，具有人格魅力的教师；是一个充满爱心，受学生尊敬的教师；是一个追求卓越，富有创新精神的教师；是一个勤于学习，不断充实自我的教师；应该是一个关注人类命运，具有社会责任感的教师；应该是一个坚韧、刚强、不向挫折弯腰的教师。
真是字字珠玑！朱教授对理想教师的概括可谓精辟而全面，每一句都是高度浓缩的精华之语。然而，在朱教授所描述的理想教师诸多因素中，给我印象最深的却是这一句：理想的教师，应该是一个关注人类命运，具有社会责任感的教师。
苏霍姆林斯基说过，孩子在离开学校的时候，带去的不仅仅是分数，更重要的是带着他对未来社会的理想的追求。试问自己，我所教育的孩子，在离开学校的时候，能够带去他对未来社会的理想的追求吗？面对这个问题，我惶恐之至。好在，朱教授的书及时提醒了我。于是，我开始思考，在以后的教学工作中，我将如何努力，才能让自己成为一名合格的老师。作为教师，我们应该首先加强自身素养，培养自己的`社会责任感，为学生负责，为社会负责。勤于学习，充实自我，奠定作为一名对社会负责任的优秀教师的基础。有了这样的基础，在教学过程中就可以得心应手的培养学生的社会责任感。

Everyone has his own dream. I want to be a good doctor in the future. The reason is that some doctors saved my life after I was badly hurt in a traffic accident. I was deeply impressed by their medical skils and greatly moved by their care for me. From then on, to be a doctor in the future has always been my dream.
Our dreams can’t be realized unless we make all our efforts. Therefore, the first thing I will do is to remember what my dream is. 还有老师在课间休息，我可以到办公室去，那对我们来说，可是一种享受呢!
特别是在大热天，上体育课后，我们班级只能开电风扇，老师办公室可是开空调呢，而且去办公室只有班长或科代表可以去，我是数学科代表和英语科代表，所以我会常常搬作业去办公室，吹吹空调，多爽啊!
所以我下定决心要成为一名老师!
“要给予别人一滴水，自己要有一桶水。”因为我要实现理想，所以需要付出不懈的努力：每到星期六和星期天下午，我都会到图书馆去看书，直到图书馆关门为止。星期一到星期五下午，我做完作业都会看一些与老师有关的书籍，至今我已经看了一百九十九本，要是包括今天就刚好二百本了。我要是累了不想读，就会对自己说我必须坚持到底。要是我长大后真的当了老师，我不会像现在的老师一样骂自己的学生，我要善待自己的学生，让他们爱上学习，不厌倦学习。我要让我的学生桃李满天下!

Mike would like to be a writer. He’d like to share his wonderful stories with others. Tom would like to be a cook. He’d like to cook delicious food for others. I would like to be a policeman. I want to protect the people safe.

每个人都有一个属于自己的天地，我的小天地就是我的房间，那是一个充满文墨气息的世界。
它坐北朝南，大约有15平方米。雪白的.墙壁再配上绿色的墙围，既干净又淡雅。一进门，右边放着一个架子，架子上放着尺把高的宣纸，是供我练习书法用的。它的旁边放着一张单人床，浅绿色的枕套、整齐的被子，一看就知道这房间的主人一定是个爱干净的女孩。
床边放着一张写字台，是从我懂事入幼儿园起，爸爸特意为我买的。深红色的写字台上，整整齐齐地码着我平时最爱看的课外书。一台样式新颖的小台灯，摆放在写字台的右角上，给我的学习生活带来了方便。台灯的左边放着我写大字的用品:爸爸从安徽出差买来的砚台，过生日时妈妈送我的笔架及姐姐从苏州观前街买的一支毛笔。
写字台的上方墙上挂着柳体字帖，字体清秀刚劲，使人赞不绝口。碑帖的左方是我的学习计划表，它告诉我双休日放学回家后，应该怎样抓紧时间，惜时如金地学习而切莫虚度年华，“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”，我们应该珍惜时光，珍惜一切。写字台的一头靠着窗户，阳光透过明亮的窗户照进屋里，使我的房间更显得格外恬静、舒适。
我爱我的房间，它是我生活的好场所，学习的好环境。
