大家好!我是来自盐官镇中心小学的蒋玲芳。在今天这个场合，6月5日这个日子里，我要为大家读一封信，一封小河的来信。信的内容如下：尊敬的人类朋友:我是一条河，住在盐官镇城北村，我想通过这封信向你们发出警报，向你们求救！曾几何时，我清澈见底，两岸绿树红花倒映其中。鱼虾在我这儿嬉戏，孩子们在我这儿游水玩耍，充满了欢声笑语。可惜好景不长，随着社会的发展，一座座喷着浓烟的化工厂突兀而起，哗哗的工业废水直流我的身体，人们往我身上倒剩菜剩饭、生活垃圾，使我腐烂变味，臭气熏天；一到夏天更是蚊蝇成群、肮脏不堪!从这以后，小鱼小虾渐渐离开我，孩子们也不愿意来了，经过我身边的人哪一个不捂着鼻子，哪一个不说我又脏又臭，我每天在痛苦中挣扎，在伤心中煎熬，救救我吧！救救我吧!一条受伤的小河20xx年3月15日读了这封信，我想大家和我一样，内心特别沉重。
是呀，小河何罪之有，罪魁祸首是我们人类自己，是我们亲手制造了这人间惨剧！于是，我和我的同学，村里的男女老少一起加入了拯救小河的行列中。瞧，我们戴上了手套，拿起网，拎着塑料袋起了个大早齐刷刷地来到了小河边，开始了打捞的.整治工程。我们在相应的地方插上了宣传标语，还设置了垃圾桶。我们还在村领导的支持下，成立了“红领巾义务保洁队”。一天，两天，一个月两个月……越来越多的人加入我们的义务保洁队。渐渐地，小河以焕然一新了——干干净净，清清亮亮，隐隐约约中，小鱼欢快地游来游去。月色朦胧，小河又进入了甜蜜的梦乡......
同学们，地球是我们大家的地球，水孕育着每个人的生命，我们作为地球的儿女，应该挑起这份责任，那么，让我们珍惜每一滴水，保护每一滴水。只有这样，天才会更蓝，草才会更绿，地球才会更美!谢谢，我的演讲完了。
