就这样走到百货公司门口，我告诉爸爸英语单词全部熟记和熟读了，并说妈妈可以作证。爸爸说：“不行，要在我这儿过关才行，我抽查10个单词，一个都不错才能买玩具。”
开始了，在近30个单词里面，爸爸随便挑了几个比较长、发音也比较拗口的单词报给我，我都答对了。我得意洋洋地看着爸爸，心里盘算着今天又可以买玩具了，那个我想了很久的溜溜球啊，终于可以到手了。这时，爸爸报了一个比较简单的单词“故事”让我读和拼写出来。“故事”、“故事”、“故事”……我一紧张硬是想不起来了，一连拼了好几次就是无法正确的拼出来，急得我满头大汗。
斯多瑞！对不起，玩具不能买了。”爸爸说话算话，这下完了，我很失望，在一旁对妈妈又是拉又是拽，反复抱怨是妈妈没有给我提示这个单词。

说实话，宇老师给我的第一印象是“好笑”，脑袋前面光秃秃的，头发很稀疏，常日里总带着他那副很有学士样子的眼镜，和他那有些滑稽地脸行成了强烈的对比，使他永远也严肃不起来，再加上他看东西时那奇异的表情使他完美的成为我们班的开心辞典。
宇老师给我的第二印象是老练，虽然他的外观形象不太好，可他对我们而言却是一部无所不知的百科全书。但如果他不开口说话你只看他常日里的穿衣打扮，那就像一个地道的摄影师一样。
宇老师是幽默的，他的幽默贯穿在我们每天的学习生活中，比如在我们上语文课的时候他会把我们比作故事中的人物，让我们身临其境，宇老师利用他那幽默的性格可谓是“坑蒙拐骗”，我们很多次，让我们在大笑中或者不知不觉中铭记下许多对我们有用的甚至影响我们一生的道理，我们在愉快的气氛中度过了一堂又一堂的语文课，我的阅读能力和写作能力也在这种快乐的学习中飞快的成长。
宇老师是严厉的，宇老师最突出的，最管用的，也使我印象最深的就是他的眼神了。他的眼神在眼镜的遮挡下显得十分的小，可他那眼神可丝毫不减锐利。并且由于他那形象只能依靠他的眼睛，或许宇老师在底下苦练的一番眼功。那眼神可是一一大片，被他的眼神盯上，虽说达不到毛骨悚然的感觉，但你是摊上大事了。宇老师惩罚起我们来可是绝不手软，比如发现上课有说话的同学，宇老师就罚写800字检查，题目是《我这张破嘴》……好悲催呀！
我们的宇老师就是这样既幽默可亲，又严厉专制，我们都很喜欢他，他即是我们的老师又是我们的好朋友，他用他渊博的知识独特的教育方式把知识、把做人的道理都交给了我们，他就是我们班的“宝贵”，也是影响我一生的人！
