我的心情一下子跌落到了谷底，鼻子一酸，眼泪情不自禁地流了下来，心中真有千百个不乐意啊队伍中的小朋友有的哭了起来，有的大声责怪，还有的叫着嚷着坚持要乘缆车家长们显得都很激动，纷纷提议要找馆方理论，气氛顿时紧张起来 这时，妈妈拍了拍我的肩膀，劝慰我：别哭了！你想想，世博会是一个向世界展示中国人、上海人文明素养的的机会啊！你可是个小东道主啊！你知道世博会的第一个理念就是理解，他们也不希望这样的意外发生，对吗？我们要理解他们，可不能为这点小事哭啊，闹啊。再说，还有那么多新奇的场馆可以看，下一次也可以再来乘缆车，乖女儿，你说对吗？ 仔细想想妈妈的话，是很有道理的。我抹去了泪水，大声地对旁边几个还在哇哇大哭的小朋友说：请大家别哭了，瑞士馆的工作人员也不想发生这样的情况，你们要理解他们的难处啊！想不到，我的话音刚落，刚才还很紧张的场面一下子得到了缓解，这小女孩还挺懂道理!我听到人群中传来的'一句称赞，不禁有些脸红。
