英语作文自己的烦恼【一】
成长，是一件漫长的事情。长大，是一个久远的过程。也许在成长路上我会摔跤跌倒，但我会爬起来，一步一步慢慢向前走去。于是我就这样慢慢长大。
记得那是初二年级的时候，我参加了一年一度的英语演讲大赛。当时的我热衷于名利，特别希望能够得奖，让自己受到更多人的关注。帮我辅导的妈妈每天都能从我的嘴里听到“得奖”之类的词语。他不止一次告诫过我，重要的是过程，而不是最后的接过，你这样是不会成功的!当时的我什么也听不进去，早已被即将到来的“胜利”冲昏了头脑。
果然，我没有得到任何的名次，妈妈的话应验了。我哭了，哭得那么伤心，因为我终究没有实现自己的愿望。一连三四天，我都闷闷不乐。终于在我有一次甩了房门进了房间后，妈妈跟了进来。我本以为她会勃然大怒，但是他没有，只是心平气和的`坐下来和我谈了一番话。
面对我的委屈，妈妈笑了：“经历过了，你就会成长一些。凡是做事，注重的一定要是过程，而不是最终的结果。”我抬起了头，不明白妈妈为什么这么说。“你得奖了吗?你在参与的过程中有乐趣吗?你收获了什么?”无疑，所有答案一定都是否定的。一连串的反问，让我不禁开始反思自己：是啊，一切的目的都是为了得奖，写和背稿子的时候更是记硬背。老实说，我当时演讲的题目现在都忘的一干二净。难道真如妈妈所说的那样?正想问问妈妈，却发现妈妈已经不知道何时离开了我的房间。
我坐回书桌前，拿出了自己的又读了一遍。我读着读着，竟然不自觉地笑出了声。原来文章中还有这么多有趣的谚语，我竟一直都没有发现。从那时起，我改变了一直以来的心态。比赛也好，练习也好，注重的是平日的努力与辛勤，而不是结果。纵然结果再糟糕，只要你是尽心尽力去做的，那你就胜利了!
又一年演讲比赛，我依旧参与其中。不求结果，只求尽力就好。意料之外的是，我取得了第二名的好成绩，妈妈直夸我长大了。是啊，人都是这样慢慢长大。
成长路上纵然有酸甜苦辣，但我们是在成长啊!珍惜一切来之不易的和教训，让我们就这样慢慢长大吧!

I hope you're married to the man of your dreams. The man of mine is Gwynn. He is originally from South Africa (another place I wish to visit.
You'll probably have two children of your own – a girl(Michaela Anne and a boy (name yet to be decided.If everything goes according to plan you'll be living in Australia in a big house in a small town outside of a big city with a lot of land, a dog, Gwynn and your two beautiful children. Hopefully you have a career in the medical field, maybe doing research in genetics. Gwynn will be a computer programmer and you will be doing alright for yourselves.
However, if things don't go according to plan for you, I wish you all the love, happiness and joy in the world and don't settle for anything less than the best since that is absolutely what you deserve.

现在的我，早已不是童年时那个幼稚的我了，我现在正迈向青春时期，那是一个多么美好的时期啊!我恨不得时间过得再快些，能让我立刻步入那个时期。可是，伴随着成长，各种各样的烦恼也一个接着一个，接踵而至，似雨点般向我打来。
我刚升上初中时认为，初中生活会想我在小学时一样没有烦恼。可是，我错了，不知为何，到了初中，英语变成了我的薄弱之处，许多的知识点我都无法掌握，无论怎样都无法攻克这道难关，我也为此而烦恼，伤心，不知所措。
但，这并不是噩梦的结局，而是开始。一次数学，我只有79分，第25名，这又使我跌入了无尽的深渊，一边不知该如何面对老师的指责，另一边又不知道该怎样向家长交代，我的心情坏透了。
直到有一天，我在冰天雪地中看到了一片绿色，那是多么有生机的颜色啊!在积雪覆盖中，只有几棵小草在那里，但他们的这种精神不正是我所需要的吗!在冬天里，忍受着刺骨的寒风，没有被挫折击垮，反而在生长着，为这个世界添加了一份生机，一份色彩。
我顿时醒悟了，就连那看起来微不足道的小草都比我坚强，我的烦恼和它要经历的酷暑严寒，风吹日晒比起来，是多么微不足道，只要能像小草一样去奋斗，这些烦恼还会有吗?不会!
成长的烦恼不断涌来，但是我并不害怕，因为只要去努力，去奋斗，这些又能算得了什么?成长的步伐是永不会打上休止符的，让我们把烦恼都抛之脑后吧!

从小我就是个内向的孩子，很怕和别人说话，对此，家人不知道说过我多少次，但我依旧不爱说话。但读书这件事是我的好习惯，家人也都在夸我，只是有时候会说，要是读书可以变成说话就好了。
记得自己读的第一本书是《神童诗》。小时候，我常年住在外婆家，外公有很多书。我还不怎么认字时，外婆就拿着这本书来教我读的，什么“天子重英豪，文章教尔曹;万般皆下品，唯有读书高。”什么“久旱逢甘雨，他乡遇故知……”等等。虽然不明白什么意思，但回到家后，给妈妈背出来，妈妈高兴了好一阵子。
当我上小学后，认识的字越来越多，读的书也多了起来。《唐诗三百首》《千字文》之类的成为我必读书目，但由于已经长大，所以不在如小时候听话，背下来的东西反而少了。再大一些，开始读名著和人物传记，会记住书中有趣的段落和故事，用于谈资和写作时的资料。
在阅读中我慢慢长大，读书已成为我生活中必不可少的功课，我要与书结伴，走在成长的道路上。
