我个人自己给自己拟定了一个学习计划。每天早上五点四十分起床。开始我一天的学习的旅程。第一步先跑步，锻炼身体，只有身体健康才能更好的学习。接下来，吃顿营养的早餐，补充大脑所需要的蛋白质。然后进行阅读(有时候先背诵出国留学网英语单词和一些语法，抽空顺便复习一下。然后再预习一遍早上要上的课程。回到学校先和同学讨论一下昨晚在家所标记的不懂的问题，早自习后，可以先放松放松。到教室外呼吸一下新鲜的空气，让自己提提精神，开始今天的作业。在课堂上，遇到不懂的，我会先标记下来，等到下课的时候和周边的同学进行讨论研究。懂的知识面必须要进一步熟悉的掌握和运用。所以每天的习题是必不可少的，不但能让我们掌握知识，还可以牢记这些知识的用法。
终于等到放学了，可以回家吃可口的饭菜补充能量了。这段时间是最适合休息的。中午休息半小时不但能使自己下午上课不疲倦还能更好让大脑休息。下午的上课时间比较充裕，是2点。所以除了休息，可以把下午要上的课程更好的预习和温读。所以要去上课的时候顺便自带一些茶水，能让自己提神醒脑，还可以生津解渴。
一天的生活除了学习还是学习，因为在这关键的时候，我们的任务就是学习，主题有学习能够给我们带来出路。所以我们必须努力。新的学期，开始新的学习旅程，同学们，准备好冲刺了么?
