我还是个两面派，在学校虽然不调皮，可在家里就像个小公主一样。记得有一次我好像是期末考试的时候吧。那一次我简直是神了，平时成绩不好的我这次竟然考了个100分，在老师面前的时候，我甭提多谦虚了，可是当我回到家里去的时候就像一只骄傲的孔雀似的。叫妈妈帮我买这买那，当然，应为我考得很好，所以我一而再再二三的请求没有被拒绝，如果考得不好的话，还不知道到是什么结果呢。

I am very happy at my new shool. Now final exam is coming. I am busy preparing it . I will try my best to do well in it.

爸爸宽额头，方脸盘，浓眉毛，厚嘴唇，看上去一副憨像。他做事稳重得要命，语言少得可怜，有时干活一天竟不说一句话。因此，人们都习惯地叫他“憨头”。
也不知怎的，爸爸爱上了《湖北科技报》。每天晚上，我们做作业。他总是看报纸。有一次，妈妈叫爸爸把煤油灯给她用一用，爸爸嘴里应着“就来，就来”，可就是舍不得放下手里的报纸。妈妈急了，大喊一声：“老李!”爸爸这才如梦初醒，笑喀喀地把灯送去。每当这个时候，妈妈总是无可奈何地埋怨道：“你呀，真是个‘书呆子’!幸亏只念了几年小学，要是多读几年书，我看你就光看不必吃饭了!”
一次，爸爸从科技报上看到了《冬埋苑梢留甘蔗种》的文章。于是，他照报纸上介绍的方法做，“改变往年用甘蔗正身作种为莞稍作种，减少成本开支200元。”从此，妈妈再也不埋怨爸爸看报纸了。由于爸爸能把报上的方法运用于实践，所以，我家的庄稼总是在全村第一。每当村长叫他介绍时，他总是憨厚地一笑：“嘿嘿，按科学办事嘛!"于是，大家又改称他为“科学迷”。
的确，在大伙儿的眼里，爸爸变了，而且变化很大。但我觉得，爸爸没变——他仍然保持着那股可贵的憨劲!
