生活亦如打翻的五味瓶，酸、甜、苦、辣、咸五味俱全，每一种味道都值得我们去细细体味，生活尤如一个顽皮的孩子，时不时的和你开着玩笑，让你应接不暇；生活亦如一杯鸡尾酒，看上去绚丽无比，实际却又苦又涩。
假如生活欺骗了你，不必悲伤，不必哭泣。“涸辙之鲋”的故事大家应该都不陌生，但庄子却云道：“不乐寿，不哀夭，不荣通，不仇穷。”“举世誊之而不加劝，举世非之而不加沮。”这样的千古名句，可见庄子对生活的态度是积极的、乐观的、毫无怨言的。于丹讲庄子登上福布斯财富名人榜，庄子“安时而处顺”的思想已被越来越多的人岁所接纳，那么今人对待生活难道不应该积极乐观、不悲伤、不哭泣吗？
假如生活欺骗了你，不必抱怨。这是多人往往发出这样的感叹：不是说一分耕耘就会有一分收获吗？我付出了那么多，那么多的努力，但取得的成果为什么总与想象差太远呢？要知道：“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香字苦寒来。”“白玉不毁，孰为圭璋。”如果付出了，收获不一定非要鲜花和掌声，充实的`过程是无价的财富，它藏在人心底最温暖的港湾。只要你在真正努力，那么请相信：整个宇宙都会来帮你，哪怕你抛下的是一片树叶，你也可以听见回音，因为乐观，精神之旅永不疲倦，感情的台词不再有自私与寂寞，生活充满欢乐，友谊地久天长。
假如生活欺骗了你，不必沮丧。要记住：不是每一道江流都能入海，不流动便成了湖；不是每一粒种子都能伐树，不生长，便成了空壳，生命中不是永远快乐，也不是永远痛苦，快乐与痛苦是相生相成的。生命的长河可能遇到险滩，甚至被拦腰阻断，但它也有可能冲破层层阻碍，到达浩瀚的大海，生活亦如此，如果我们失败了就沮丧，而不去突破它，那我们就能被挡去前进的道路，成功的机会将会是零，但如果我们继续努力，成功的机会至少百分之五十，在零和百分之五十之间作选择，你会选择哪一个？
