在地方师范院校毕业生就业形势越来越严峻的情况下，大庆师范学院的人才培养和就业指导水平逐年提高。从大庆师范学院2008—2010届毕业生事业发展前途调查比率统计分析中可以看出，连续三届毕业生事业发展前途乐观的比率达到76%。毕业生工作与所学专业的对口率、毕业生就业岗位的适应性和毕业生事业发展前途都较好，说明学校的专业设置和课程设置能够结合社会需求，符合为社会培养人才的要求，就业指导模式具有较强的职业和岗位针对性。
综合大庆师范学院毕业生毕业半年、一年、二年、三年的就业质量进行分析的结果来看，在就业去向中到公立学校、国企、事业单位的学生占毕业生数的30%。目前，毕业生就业质量有逐年提高的趋势，近两年毕业生的教育质量还会高于往年。“三阶段四模块”的就业指导模式实现了人才培养与地方经济发展的无缝对接，使高校能够更好地为经济发展服务，为地方输送优秀人才。
地方师范院校的就业指导工作是一个系统的工程。众所周知师范生就业困难，职业能力培养和就业指导尤为重要，需要高校领导高度重视和各部门、院系的协调配合，不断提升大学生的职业适应性和就业能力。

强化职业素质与能力的培养，必须有一定的措施做保障，使“三阶段四模块”的`就业指导模式能够落到实处。
首先，设置就业能力训练区，设立多个实训项目。设立职业素质拓展训练场、心理行为能力训练室、职业礼仪训练室、模拟招聘训练场等，学生可以在仿真的环境中选择实训项目和指导教师，迅速提升职业能力。
其次，建立“职业能力培养训练场”，以职业技能培养为中心，促进学生职业能力的提升。高起点打造教师教学技能实训中心、艺术设计实训中心、软件工程实训中心等多个职业能力训练中心。
再次，以活动为载体提升学生的就业能力。开展专家讲座、职场论坛、经验介绍、职业测评、心理专家疏导、职业规划大赛和创业大赛等多种形式的指导活动。学院就业管理人员利用招聘宣讲会和讲座加强学生个性化的就业指导。各学院的学业导师和论文指导教师协助就业管理人员做好毕业生的就业跟踪和就业指导。
最后，搭建实践平台，提高学生的就业实践能力。组织大中小型校园招聘会，为学生开办素质拓展训练营，组织职业生涯规划大赛、创业大赛和职业技能大赛，广泛实施学生勤工助学，为学生就业创业实践落实场所，学生职业发展协会印发《就业指导报》、《创业周刊》等报纸，为学生提升就业实践能力创建良好环境。

Everyone may encounter a scene when he or she wonders what the meaning and purpose of life is. Answers to this question vary from person to person. As for me, I agree with the view that the meaning of life is to discover your gift and the purpose of life is to make the best of it.
On one hand, one's gift could be the source of his inner happiness, providing spiritual impetus and correct orientation. Take the world-renowned Chinese pianist Lang Lang as an example. His gift was noticed before he was 3 years old, which laid the foundation of his glorious life. On the other hand, proper use of talent helps people to realize their value in a positive way, thus making contribution to the society as a whole. For instance, Isaac Newton made a universally amazing discovery by digging into his gift and finding the Newton's law of gravitation.
In conclusion, let's search for our true gift and utilize it to the fullest to achieve a happy and valuable life.
