4.农业信息化有利于促进新农村建设。通过计算机辅助教学与多媒体教育、现代远程教育等手段，可以使先进的教学方法和实验条件等优质教育资源在广大农村实现共享，极大地促进农村教育事业的跨越式发展。通过互联网和建设农村疾病防控信息系统以及农村广播电视“村村通”工程等，能够极大地改善农村医疗卫生条件，丰富农民文化生活，促进农村社会全面进步。

总之，通过漫画作文教学，发展了学生的观察、分析、创造等多项能力，学生的写作兴趣得到了激发，写作水平得到了提高。从而也培养了学生的观察能力、思维能力、想象能力、写作能力、创新能力。
