比如，立下精忠报国志向的年轻人，一定会更加遵守义务兵役制的相关法律，在国家需要时，一定会积极入伍，保卫国家的边疆和领空，而不是千方百计逃避义务兵役制。
比如具有精忠报国情怀的人，就会更关心国家大事，参与政治，关心政策制定的公平性和执行情况；在社会舆论的参与上，不做旁观者，就会主动行使自己的知情权和监督权，不做“事不关己、高高挂起”“明哲保身、远离所有是非”的人。
我从8岁习武，三年来，无论寒暑，期间扭过脚、摔过腿，大伤小伤很多，我从来不怕苦不怕累，就想练好武功，保卫祖国，让东亚病夫永远远离中国。
