2、在教学生字时，我只是让个别学生起来分享他的识字方法，说完之后就一带而过了，也没有让大家一起重复，所以导致生字词的掌握不够牢固，没有加强记忆。
3、课堂设计内容过多，不利于学生吸收；缺少“读”，孩子读得少；在课堂上也没能教孩子书写，练习写字。

本次教研课，我上的是部编二年级上册中的第6课《一封信》。这是一篇生动有趣的儿童故事。用极具生活化的语言讲述了露西在妈妈的指导下给出国在外的爸爸写信的事，传达出妈妈的教育智慧。全文篇幅较长，旨在让学生在阅读中识字，了解信的内容，感受故事表现的浓浓亲情。本课的教学目标是：
1、正确认读16个生字，会写10个生字。
2、正确、连贯朗读课文。
3、借助不同的提示语和标点读出不同的语气。
这篇课文重点应在前后两封信在朗读时语气语调的区别上。本课分为两个课时，这节课为一课时。
一课时中，我首先带领生扫清字词障碍，在做这一步时，孩子们分多种形式读记，但是识字的方法较单一。在落实字、词的基础上初读课文，明确露西一共写了几次信（两次）。第一次和第二次信的内容分别在哪个自然段，用“——”和“～～～”勾画出来。指导学生掌握提取信息的方法，并提高准确率。
在课堂中，适时运用游戏吸引学生注意力，培养小老师、注重积极性的培养。需要改进的地方也还有很多，比如在写字板块中，没有范写的环节，展示评价不到位。学生的学习习惯还不够好。在以后的教学中，这些方面都应及时改进。
